[20] i feel like it will rain today

hyunjin tried to hide the excitement that was about to burst out of her by covering it with a simple smile, but really, she wanted to just run up to heejin and hug her until her arms slowly broke off. heejin crossed her arms, "you don't seem too excited?" she questioned, squinting her eyes at hyunjin, "of course i'm excited, i'm just not the type to scream and shout." hyunjin replied, smirking. "wow you're still the same." heejin replied, turning her back to the black haired girl, continuing to gaze her eyes around the outside world that was boarded by a window. scoffing, hyunjin silently walked over to her. she stood by heejins side, joining her. vivi, on the other hand, who was still inside the room just observed with a confused face. she expected an argument to break out in the conversation only moments earlier, but she was met by surprise when it was only serious talk. she felt a little uncomfortable standing there on her own, as she swung both her bodies and arms from side to side, her head slightly lowered. after a few moments, she slipped her phone silently out of her pocket and dialed yeojins phone number. placing the phone against her ear, she turned around, opening the large door to exit the room. she quickly rushed out as soon as she heard yeojin answer her call. the loud slam of the door caused heejin and hyunjin to turn around. "i forgot vivi was here..." heejin chuckled.

hyunjin checked her phone, as she stepped onto the bus. "4:15" she read out loud, "perfect, i'll be there just in time!" she clicked her phone off, placing it into her dress pocket. she searched around the vehicle to find a vacant seat next to a window. "aha!" she exclaimed, a little too loudly as strangers turned their heads to where the noise came from. hyunjin just scratched her nape in embarrassment, quickly walking up to the seat she had found. she let out a massive sigh, as she gently flopped herself down onto the chair. she faced in the direction of the window, to look outside. bus rides are always boring, there's nothing to do, you just sit there waiting to reach your destination, but at least you can observe things out of the window. therefore, the window seat will always be the best.

a few stops went by, causing hyunjin to yawn from the boredom. she once again checked her phone, but of course, barely any time had flown by. the bus had stopped once again, allowing a slim woman to get onto the moving vehicle. "how many times is this goddamn bus going to stop!" hyunjin slightly shouted in aggravation. the bus was getting more full up by the minute, and yet she hadn't even reached the local park? hyunjin wandered her eyes off to the front of the bus, the person just entering catching her by surprise. she shook her head in disbelief, then rubbed her eyes. "i'm hallucinating right..." she suddenly said, "it can't be..." the woman who had just entered turned her face all the way around, ready to find a seat. "HA SOOYOUNG!" hyunjin freaked out, trying to duck or move away before sooyoung could even notice her. but that was no use, sooyoung had already caught hyunjin in the act of trying to hide. she smirked, moving forward, towards hyunjin and her seat. hyunjins only choice was to lay on the floor, she got onto her knees and bent her head just about low enough. yet of course, she created such a ruckus, that the whole bus was staring at her. a tall figure towered over the poor girl, "fancy seeing you here." sooyoung said, "say why, are you on the floor? there's a seat right here you know-?" just as she was about the finish her sentence, the bus immediately stopped, hyunjin stood up, "uh" she panicked, looking at sooyoung, "thisismystopigottagouhmbye!" she quickly spat out, to be honest it sounded like gibberish but hyunjin immediately pushed sooyoung out of the way and ran off the bus. sooyoung stamped her foot in frustration, "i'll get my revenge!" she shrieked, as she also ran off the bus. she just didn't h see stand how hyunjin was able to always escape her grip.

good thing for hyunjin, she used to be one of the best runners in her high school class. but god, it was so hard to run in slightly heeled shoes. panting, she ran into the park where she was supposed to meet heejin. she turned her head to look around, seeing an already out of breath sooyoung trying to chase her down. hyunjin faced back around, trying to spot heejin, who was calmly placing a blanket on the grass ready to unpack the food for her scheduled picnic with hyunjin. hyunjin ran over to her, at full speed, her slight delay caused sooyoung to mildly catch up with her. heejin smiled, seeing hyunjin run over to her, although there was a slight concern on her face as to why hyunjin seemed so tense, "hey hyun-" heejin began to talk, but hyunjin stretched out her arm and grabbed heejin, stopping the brown haired girl from talking, she flung the heejin around causing her to move in panic with her. they continued to run, yet heejin had no idea why, until hyunjin reached a small alleyway full of convenience stores. out of breath, she fell to the ground. she used all her strength to turn her head around, as she watched as sooyoung run straight down the main road. she smiled in success, dropping onto the ground. her tired arms couldn't support her anymore. her panting was heard by heejin, as the confused girl sat down next to hyunjins exhausted body. she took out a bottle of water from the picnic basket it took off it's cap, she handed it over to hyunjin who gladly accepted it. hyunjin took a large gulp, making a big refreshed noise with her mouth, never has she enjoyed water this much. she then sat up, still taking sips from the water. heejin let her enjoy the refreshment, she was only going to start asking questions when hyunjin actually had the energy to respond. it took a few minutes, but by now, hyunjin was perfectly fine, her whole breath had been gained back.
