EAST LOOKED AT THE GIRL, knowing there was no way that she could be his daughter because east was only 31–
This girl had to at least be 17.
"Nah, I ain't got no kid."
"I can't help you." the girl Wiped her tears and sat the little girl on the couch.
She then reached in her bag which made East slightly suspicious
She slammed down a piece of paper on his desk.
He looked up at the girl then back down at the paper with hesitation.
The girl went to sit on the couch.
She looked out the window seeing all the kids, all the fun they were having.
After everything, she had gone through in the last couple of months.
All she wanted was to know she was safe.
Coming to him was her last resort.
The paper was old and kind of tore up, and it had a yellow tent to it.
You could even see faint teardrop marks towards the middle of the paper— it read:
