As soon as the door of the elevator opened , revealing the blonde wearing a black attire , the whole hall that before was rowdy instantly went silent.all the workers standing up while greeting her with a bow , which lisa replied with a small nod

After a bunch of meeting and consultation that she've went since this morning , it had left her exhausted, but yet felt relieved that it somehow could be her distraction from keep thinking about several thoughts that will only cause her to be mentally exhausted at the end

"All the files are already on your desk" the brunette said when lisa reach in front of her table , earning a nod with a smile from the tall girl

"Thankyou mina"

Getting inside her office , she smile at the sight of the usual dessert being placed upon the table.she sat herself down on the chair , letting out a low groan as her hand grabbing the white cup of the coffee.

Today , she felt a bit better than yesterday

Waking up with her wife laying beside her is the most fluttering sight for her heart to consume , and taking a moment of staring at the brunette while she were sleeping will always be in her preference list

She couldn't help herself but having a minutes of wrapping the feline in her arms , feeling her warmth while totally forgetting about the grief that have been etched on her chest for a whole day.and not wanting to bother the peaceful sleep that jennie was having , she quietly leave the house with a soft kiss being plant on the brunette's head

"Should i go home early today.." lisa muttered to herself

She took another sip of her coffee before sliding her chair closer to the cluttered files upon the desk.sighing lightly , her finger delicately tracing each of the words on the sheets of papers with her eyes diligently scanning the whole thing , but not even a minutes after , her ears caught the creak sound of the door being opened

"Lisa?"

Upon the soft voice calling her name , her head raised as her eyes instantly landed on her secretary who's peeking her head through the door.

"Yes?" Lisa answered with a chuckle.the brunette return with a smile as she get inside the room , walking closer to the blonde with the clicking sound of her heels echoing the room

"Are you going to be fine to attend another meeting with our supplier later?" She asked , placing a few documents on the side of the table

"Is it in half an hour from now?"

"Yes , but i could just call off the meeting if it's might tiring you"

Escaping herself from the tiring work will always sounds fun , but knowing that by procrastination will only caused her works to pile up , she couldn't do anything other than heaving out a sigh , while slowly nodding her head

"I'm fine mina , let's just proceed"

The secretary responded with a small nod while keeping her gaze fixed on the blonde , not even moving from her stance which made lisa to look up at her , but only to be frowning at the sight of mina staring at her with the same look on her features

"What's wrong?" She asked

"I don't know if i'm just thinking too much , but you seems like there's something been bothering you lately.." mina said , looking genuinely worried before she added,

"are you okay?"

It's amusing yet concerning the blonde at the way her heart aching everytime she was being questioned about her well being.her smile will always be the only thing to cover up the true feelings she was hiding , but day by day , it's getting painful to do it again and again
