Nicole's POV

What's happening?

I tried to touch April but my hand went right through her.

"Get over here, now!" April yelled into her phone.

"Nicole won't wake up!" She yelled after.

She hung up.

She started pacing the room.

"April, I'm right here." I said.

About 3 minutes later, the guys knocked on the window.

April ran to them.

"Quick! Get in here!" April said.

Donnie had a toolbox in his hand and jogged over to me.

Well, the me that's on the bed.

He sat down next to me and started checking me.

The others gathered around him and watched.

Mikey looked like he was gonna start crying.

"Mikey..." I said even though I knew he couldn't hear me.

After about 5 minutes, Leo asked, "Anything?"

"She's in a coma, I can't do anything here. I'll have to take her back to the lab." Donnie said.

I gasped.

I'm in a coma?

Donnie picked me up and went out the window.

The others followed and so did I.

April stayed back at her apartment.

When we got back to the lab, Donnie put me on a table.

He immediately got to work.

A half hour went by and nothing happened.

He had me hooked up to some sort of machine.

"I don't think there's anything else I can do right now." Donnie said.

"Is she gonna die?" Mikey asked looking like he was gonna break down.

"I don't know. I hope not." Donnie replied.

A single tear went down Mikey's face.

I tried to brush it off, but my hand just went straight through him.

I tried to hug him, but just ended up being inside him.

I quickly jumped out.

"That was gross." I said.

"Did you feel that?!?" Mikey asked.

"Feel what?" Raph asked.

"I don't know how to explain it." Mikey said.

"You sensed me?!" I yelled.

I ran up to Donnie.

"Donnie! Donnie! I'm here! Make the connection!" I said.

"No." Leo replied to Mikey.

Donnie looked like he was in deep thought, but then returned to normal.

"I'll watch over Nicole, you guys go keep your minds off of her." Donnie said.

They nodded and left.

He stayed with me for a little while and then went back into the pit with the guys.

I followed him back out.
