Kavya - played by Kangana Ranaut

Later that day, I called Kavya to inform her that I was fine and accompanied by Vikram. Of course she would have made fun of me. That's how Kavya was. We had developed a nice relationship during the few short months that we had spent working together.

We were now gone out for a some coffee. Vikram suggested going outdoors for a change in environment since staying inside was only causing me to break out thinking about my life.

He had some clothes left from his sister's last visit here. The clothes were a little bigger than my usual size but, I wasn't exactly in a situation to complain or have an option. This house was owned by Vikram's family. They used to live in Brooklyn a few years ago. They kept the house for accommodation purposes for vacations or business trips.

The coffee shop wasn't too far from the house but, the car drive was silent.

Neither of us wanted to speak. Vikram probably wanted me to break down from anything that he might say. But, I needed him to speak. I needed him to ensure me that I was going to get through everything. That I needed to face my life. That he would stand by me every time I'm down.

We both sat their with our coffee in our hands.

"Samaira, I know this is hard for you. Opening up about your life to me was every hard for you. And I can only try to imagine how hard it was. Then the kiss. I'm sorry if you felt or feel pressurized by me to say or do anything. Just let me know how you want things to me please." My hands sat still in Vikram's hands as his thumbs were rotating in little circles on the back of my hand.

"I really don't know anything. I don't know what I should do." I said, with a heavy heart.

"There's no need to make a decision right now. Take all the time you need. I'll be right here. Just let me know what you want to do. But, please listen to this offer." I looked up at him. He had a comfortable smile on his face but, I was curious.
