This school bell is deafening me.

I glance at my timetable and realize they didn't even give me a map of this school! If this is what Aris calls a good school, he should get his definition checked.

Just as the bell stops, a group of boys barge past me making me drop my paper.

"Hey, sorry did I knock into you?"

As I look up I'm met with a pair of melted chocolate eyes. His gorgeous face matched with an easy crooked smile and brown hair messy. His stare alone was enough to make me feel dizzy.

"I don't think I've seen you around before. Are you new?" He asks.

I don't reply, staring...like an idiot.

"Hello?" He waves his hands in front of my face.

"Sorry, yeah, I'm new, just started." I quickly snap out of my daydream.

"Cool. Would you like me to show you around?" He flashes a grin.

"Sure that'd be nice. I can't seem to find my way around." I laugh.

I smile at him and he returns it.

Maybe this is a good school after all.

"What lesson have you got first?"

I look at my timetable, "Science."

"Me too," he laughs, and it's like music to my ears.

"Let me look at your timetable."

As I hand it over, ours hands touch, sending chills through my body.

"Wow, looks like we'll be spending a lot of time together! The only lessons we haven't got together are Maths and French."

I smile.

Yes. Definitely a good school.

"My name's Thomas, by the way." He grins again.

"Teresa." I say, holding out my hand.

I'm left feeling like it might be an alright day after all.

Science is one of my favorite lessons - I feel like I just understand it.

The teacher greets me at door.

"Hello, Teresa. Today we'll be studying a new topic, so there is no reason for you to catch up. You can go sit at a desk."

He points to an empty chair next to none other than Thomas.
