Chapter 2 - I Haven't Finished Admiring My Masterpiece

The bell rang, signalling the end of fourth period. I got up from my seat and grabbed my bag, walking out of the classroom and towards my locker.

Riley had briefly shown me around before school started and given me the locker that was beside hers because it was already empty. I stuffed my biology textbook into my locker and shut it, sighing in exhaustion.

After the incident in the parking lot, I got stares and whispers from everyone when I walked into each of my classes, I guess news spreads like wildfire over here. To my luck, the guy I punched was in 3 of my classes and he sat right behind me on purpose, continuously kicking my chair. I ended up chucking my pen at his face in frustration, which resulted in him kicking even harder.

It was now lunch break and the halls were empty, apart from a few students lingering here and there. I took out my schedule from my bag to check what I classes I had next; AP Calculus and English Literature. Awesome. Please do note the sarcasm.

I heard faint voices shouting from across the hallway and grabbed my bag, walking towards the noise. An amused smile made its way to my lips as I watched two girls arguing. A little cat fight don't hurt anyone. Is it bad that I attain entertainment by watching girl's argue?

One of the girls was screaming at the other one and I stifled a laugh as they carried on bickering. It was only then that I realised the brunette girl drop her head and lower her gaze to the floor, as the blonde kept on screaming at her.

"What the hell is wrong with you, you little bitch. I told you to get it done for today otherwise I'd make you pay."

I could hear faint sobs emitting form the girl's mouth and she was shaking slightly, not once lifting her head.

The blonde girl raised her hand to hit the girl and she flinched, as if she knew it was coming.

I shook my head. This isn't some petty cat fight, I thought. I dropped my bag on the floor and walked over to them.

"Don't you dare even think about laying a hand on her." My voice was low and threatening, daring blondie to make another move. I stood in front of the petite girl and my hands involuntarily balled into fists.

Blondie let out a screechy nasal laugh and I winced slightly from the annoying sound.

"Ha, who the fuck do you think you are threatening me?" I raised my eyebrows as she got up all in my face. Her nostrils flared in anger and she was shaking slightly.

"Honey, I suggest you walk your ugly ass away from here before I make you regret even showing up." Her voice was high pitched and aggravating as fuck. I tried ignoring it and took another step forward.

"And I suggest you chill out on the fake tan, bro you put Oompa Loompa to shame." A stifled laugh came from behind me.

I turned around and saw the brunette girl covering her mouth in an attempt to conceal her laugh. She smile at me and I returned it.

The girl in front of me let out a sarcastic laugh, "You think you're so funny don't you?" She sneered.

She stepped towards me, making her heels click on the floor with each step. She hovered a few inches above my head due to her 5 inch stilettos, but I wasn't the slightest bit intimidated by this bitch.

"Listen here, you pathetic whore. I run this school and I control everyone in it. You better do as I fucking say or else I'll bury you so deep that you won't even be able to comprehend your own breathing." Her rich perfume filled my nose as she spoke and I cringed, knowing that it was over sprayed.
