Elliot and Kendra walked out of the building as they smiled at each other knowing that they had finally chosen the right path, Kendra wondered what they should do because Evox wasn't going to give up, not by a long shot.

Kendra: what do we do now?, Evox will be coming after us

Elliot: i know it's not going to be easy, but remember we're not alone anymore, we now know what it feels like to be around people who care about you

Kendra: with Blaze, Roxy and the others it definitely feels great to be around people who treat us like family

Elliot placed a kiss on Kendra's forehead and embraced her before continuing to walk to the park before they were intercepted by someone familiar who was in his ranger form, holding both swords as he kept his eyes on Elliot and Kendra.

Evox: did you seriously think that you could run from me?

Elliot and Kendra stood back to their feet and glared toward Evox before exchanging looks with each other

Elliot: after what you made us do?

Kendra: if you think that we will join sides with you again you are even more delusional than we thought

Evox: tread carefully little girl, you don't know who you are dealing with

Elliot: why don't you tell someone who cares

Kendra: because we don't, this ends here and now

Evox: I couldn't agree more

Elliot and Kendra exchanged looks and nodded as they pulled out their morph-x keys, before inserting them into their morphers transforming them into their ranger forms as they summoned their weapons and started fighting against Evox as their swords clashed

Evox: you two have gotten soft since you joined the rangers

Elliot slashed Evox across the chest causing sparks to fly off his suit as he sent a crimson energy wave toward Evox sending back to the ground as he turned toward Elliot who tightened the grip on his sword and glared toward Evox

Elliot: not bad huh?

Evox: don't get cocky kid, bravery only gets you so far

Kendra: funny coming from the one who killed my boyfriend's mom, your the reason our lives are ruined

Elliot: we're not going to let you ruin our lives ever again

Evox stood up as he lunged forward before Elliot and Kendra leaped over him sending him head first into the wall, shattering his visor in the process

Elliot: see that's your problem Evox, you care more about yourself than anyone else, where as we, we put our friends and family first, that's why we're fighting to keep the morph-x from your clutches

Evox: that's the issue with you kids, your doing the impossible by siding with the rangers, where as with me you'd have the freedom to do what you want

Kendra: you and freedom don't work in the same sentence, after all the dreadful things you put us through, you forced us to attack our own friends, manipulated us by making yourself believe that your some kind of saviour

Elliot: well news flash snakehead, your not a saviour, you are a life wrecker, and a MURDERER!!!!

Elliot lunged forward and clashed blades with Evox forcing him back as he slashed him across the chest before tossing his sword in the air and punched Evox sending him against the wall, Elliot continued fighting back against the evil ranger as Kendra watched her boyfriend assault his mom's killer, knowing that he's the only family she has left Kendra ran toward Elliot and fought alongside him as she used her blasters to weaken Evox as he attempted to fight back against the duo, but unfortunately the rush of adrenaline ran through their veins as they fought Evox before sending him through the warehouse fence before he stood back up and looked toward Elliot and Kendra who stood side by side with their weapons in hand

Evox: looks like you have grown even more powerful than you were back then

Elliot: that's the result of our training, we no longer use our ranger powers for evil

Kendra: we use our powers to protect the people we care about

Evox: just because you have the advantage against me doesn't mean you'll be able to beat me by yourselves

Blaze and Roxy walked over to Elliot and Kendra as they had been looking for them for the a while since they got worried as they never came back to the building

Blaze: they aren't by themselves

Roxy: they have us to look out for them

Evox taunted them while holding his swords in both his hands

Evox: whether it's the two of you or the four of you the result will be the same, you defeated and helpless begging for mercy

Elliot: I'd rather die in an explosion than beg for mercy

Blaze, Roxy and Kendra looked toward Elliot who glared daggers at Evox as the grip on his sword tightened with Kendra wrapping her arms around her boyfriend

Evox: enjoy your victory, while it lasts

Evox teleported back to the Crystal Dimension as Blaze and Roxy stood with Elliot and Kendra while exchanging looks with each other

Roxy: are you guys okay?

Elliot and Kendra cancelled their transformations and nodded in response to the question

Elliot: we're fine girl

Roxy: if you guys need anyone to talk to, your more than welcome to come to Grid Battleforce

Kendra: thanks that means a lot to us

Roxy wrapped her arms around Elliot and Kendra before pulling away and giving each other a smile.

Elliot: we best be going

Kendra: we'll see you guys tomorrow

Roxy smiled and nodded at them before they walked back to their flat, Blaze had a look of worry as he watched them walk into the distance.

Roxy: you okay babe?

Blaze: they are definitely struggling

Roxy: I know they are

Blaze: it's that obvious huh?

Roxy: we accessed the security cameras and saw them fighting against Evox, from the way they were fighting against him it definitely shows they were struggling

Blaze: should we tell the others?

Roxy: no not just yet, we will tell them once Elliot and Kendra are ready to talk about it

Blaze: no issue with that

Roxy embraces Blaze as they stared into the distance still feeling worried for their new friends after noticing they were struggling to cope especially with their confrontation with Evox leading to a battle of emotions.
