Elliot and Kendra arrived back home after Blaze had began to trust them and looked out of the window, thinking back to the times they had attacked the rangers without mercy, they wonder if they can ever redeem themselves for their actions.

Kendra: even though Blaze is slowly beginning to trust us, Devon and his friends haven't been able to move forward from their first encounter with us

Elliot: fighting for Evox has been the biggest mistake of our lives, just the way we left them laying there defeated and helpless, it didn't feel right

Kendra: do you think they'll forgive us, if we explain what happened before we joined Evox?

Elliot: I'm not sure, I mean after the things we did to them, I wouldn't blame them if they never forgave us, because to be honest I can't even forgive myself

Kendra: what do you mean?

Elliot: you kept telling me to make the first move and turn against him, but I refused to listen and insisted that we wait for the right moment

Kendra: whether we made the first move or not, the result would still be the same, Evox was always a step ahead of us the entire time

Elliot put his head in his hands and lowered his head, Kendra saw how upset and stressed Elliot was feeling and walked over to him, wrapping her arms around him and embracing him in a hug.

Elliot: we aren't going to keep this to ourselves anymore, Blaze and Roxy gave us a chance to redeem ourselves and fight for what's right, they gave us a reason to trust them, so now it's our turn

Kendra: what do you mean by "it's our turn"?

Elliot: I'm saying we should tell the others about what happened with us, about the times we tried to fight back against Evox, but were unable to

Kendra: do you think they'll believe us?

Elliot: honestly, I don't know but we have to try

Kendra nodded in response to what Elliot had said and pulled out her purple phone as she began to dial a number, before putting it to her ear.

Kendra: hi Roxy, can you please get everyone in the command room, there's something that me and Elliot need to tell you guys.

Kendra hung up as Elliot stood up and headed toward the door, the duo walked out of their house before nodding to each other and began to walk toward a specific building.

-GRID BATTLEFORCE-
Devon, Ravi, Zoey, Nate, Steel and everyone else who worked at Grid Battleforce were present as two security guards escorted Elliot and Kendra into the command room.

Elliot: hey guys

Devon: Roxy told us that you have something you want to tell us

Kendra: it's about time you guys knew what happened before we were forced to join Evox

Ravi: so what's been going on?

Elliot: during our time in high school, our lives had never been easy, there were only a few people who we thought we could trust but the moment things started to get difficult, they abandoned us and left us to fight our own battles

Kendra: we were on our way home until, Elliot saw smoke from round the corner as he ran toward the house, only to find it on fire, the fire had been caused by the same people who were our so-called friends

Commander Shaw: did the house belong to your mother?

Elliot: yes ma'm

Zoey: that's horrible

Devon: I can't believe that you guys had to deal with that by yourselves

Ravi: we're sorry we didn't believe you guys the first time, we thought that maybe Evox had told you to say those things

Elliot: it's no problem, Evox wasn't exactly helpful either

Nate: what do you mean?

Kendra: Evox saw how broken and lost Elliot and myself were feeling, he took advantage of our emotions and manipulated us into fighting for him

Steel: now it all makes sense, Evox was waiting for the right moment to make his move and select his replacements for Blaze and Roxy

Devon: how come you guys never told us this?

Elliot and Kendra exchanged looks with each other before Elliot spoke up, while Kendra held onto his arm.

Elliot: we weren't ready to explain the situation just yet, we needed some time to get our heads together.

Blaze: I've been wondering this since the day I saw you guys with Roxy at the gym, but is there any reason why I saw you guys there?

Kendra: truth is, after everything that's happened with Evox we thought about joining you guys as the crimson and violet rangers, which is why were training with Roxy to improve our skills

Elliot: we understand if you guys don't need our help, it's cool

Commander Shaw: Elliot, Kendra, it's not that we don't need your help, we just don't have the right animal DNA to use

Nate: actually Commander, I do have some king cobra DNA and wolf DNA, I had gathered them from when me and Steel visited our parents a few days ago

Roxy: is it possible to use that DNA and fuse it with Elliot and Kendra?

Nate: affirmative, it is possible, however given the current situation with Evox I might need to install a firewall to prevent the situation from before from happening again, it should take about 2 days

Blaze: take your time Nate, in the meantime I think we should show Elliot and Kendra their rooms

Elliot and Kendra walked with Blaze and Roxy down the corridors and were shown their rooms which were done up in crimson and violet respectively.

Roxy: what do you guys think?

Elliot: words fail me, thanks guys

Blaze: your welcome

Kendra: my room is better than yours Elliot

Elliot stuck his tongue out at Kendra before he placed a kiss on her forehead, and embraced her in a hug as Blaze and Roxy did the same, before the four teens headed back to the command room

Commander Shaw: I take it you've seen your rooms?

Elliot: yes ma'm, they're amazing

Kendra: we can't thank you guys enough

Commander Shaw: welcome to Grid Battleforce

Elliot and Kendra exchanged looks as Devon, Ravi, Zoey, Nate and Steel along with Blaze and Roxy embraced the newest members of the team, Elliot and Kendra were overcome with one emotion that described how they were feeling right now, and that emotion is, Happiness, they were proud to be a part of the team and even more proud to be a part of Team Alpha.

Commander Shaw smiled as she saw the rangers welcome Elliot and Kendra into their ranger family as the newest members of Team Alpha, and knew that they had just become stronger than ever.
