I wake up with a bruised arm and angered. How can he just walk all over me?

When I ran he hasn't chased me. Thank god. That would be a little extreme if he did.

Before I left up the stairs I turned my head for one last look. He was sitting in the chair in front of the fire and examining his arm.

I don't think I hit him where his arm would be bruised. He's the one who was holding me by the arm.

I sit up and examined the bruise on the upper side of my arm.

Ouch.

It was slightly purple, its not a terrible bruise, but just from him gripping... He has no right to tell me what to do. I can wear what I want. I can do what I want.

I stand to get ready.

Before leaving I look in the mirror. My mother always used to say my hair was too unkept, too frizzy. But there isn't any fixing to that.

My legs always feel too long for me. I'm not super model tall so I feel like it's just out of place.

I pull my skirt lower on my hips, hoping today it won't be an issue.

7:38.

I didn't realize it got this late. I quickly put on my robe and hurrying out, ignoring the cold drift freezing my legs as I step out in the common room. With not enough time to put on shoes I tell myself I'll put them on as I walk.

I realize that the reason to it being colder than usual is because of the fire that sits in a chimney is out.

I don't remember it ever being out.

The footsteps behind me startle me enough to make me turn around so fast that my socks slip on the floor.

As I fall I see the same face that told me to run from him last night.

Draco raises his eyebrows down to me. He doesn't look amused nor annoyed.

I shrug and pull myself up. "Could you be any quieter?!"

He doesn't respond. Instead he reaches across me. His arm brushes my own and his gray eyes doesn't dare look away from mine.

Hatred.

That's the look he has.

With a thud he drops something down on the table behind me and returns to his polite posture.

"Thought you would want that back." He states in a harsh tone, and leaves for breakfast.

When I turn around Percy Jackson sits on the table behind me.

I look back at the clock. Wondering if the class can go any slower, I brush lose strands of hair out of my face. Turning my head, I notice Blaise Zabini staring at me.

"Are you going to keep staring, Zabini, or is there something you need?" I whisper. I'm not in the mood after what happened last night.

"Oh, I don't need anything. Staring is fine, I mean might as well. The view is beautiful over here." He whispers and looking back down to his blank parchment.

I furrow my brows at him but that doesn't stop a my cheeks from turning fire truck red. "Zabini, have you been staring this whole time or do you need help with this lesson?"

I feel Draco's eyes fall on me too. God, why isn't this class over yet?

"Actually, I've been pretty confused with the last couple lessons," he looks me in the eyes, and laughs knowing we have only been back for a couple days.
