Turning the corner, we entered the Great Hall and approached the table in which we always sit, taking our seats. I sat next to Lorenzo, who was in between me and Draco, and Onyx sat with Blaise on the opposite side.

I glanced over at Enzo, who was chatting with a few girls a year below us.

A pit churned in my stomach. This feeling I was experiencing was new - jealousy. I'd never felt that before with Enzo.

It made me upset when I thought about him talking to other girls. That probably made me seem like a bad person, but I think it was the girls I was jealous of - Enzo would never look at me that way. He probably viewed me more as a sister than he would as a lover. That's what made me sad. This beautiful man would never even think about feeling the way I couldn't admit I felt deep down.

"Luc?"

I snap out of my trance. "Yeah?"

"Are you gonna eat? It's french toast today."

"Oh, I'm not really hungry." I admitted.

Worrisome was soon plastered on his face. "When was the last time you ate, Lucille?"

"Enzo, I'm fine. I have a bit of a stomachache so I'm really not hungry. I'll eat later."

His expression softened and he grinned at me. "Good girl."

I talked to a few guys to the right of me. Lorenzo decided to just put his hand on my thigh, which the boys noticed and furrowed their eyebrows. I looked over at him, and he wasn't even facing me- he was talking to girls. I looked back at the boys and shrugged, rolling my eyes.

Secretly, I loved it. I hoped the girls would see.

I think I may be a little possessive.

As breakfast came to an end, we head off to potions, our first class of the day.

The second day was a bit more interesting - at least we were actually working. We did a few worksheets and professor Snape gave us a few lectures.

"Do you guys wanna meet at our dorm tonight?" Lorenzo asked Onyx and me while I was dipping my quill in some ink.

"Sure. I'm not going to drink, though. I learned my lesson last time," I shuddered.

"Of course you aren't," Lorenzo said. "I wouldn't allow it anyways. At least, not with Draco in the room."

Draco lifted his head, which was deep down in his worksheet, and sneered at Lorenzo. "Dude, what do you think I'm gonna do to her?"

"Maybe kiss her. Or more."

"Enzo," I interrupted. "It's fine, really. I don't think he would do it again, with what you did to him."

He turned to face me, his wavy hair lifting then falling back down onto his forehead. "It's not fine, Lucille."

"Just forget about it. I won't even come." Draco said. "I'm sure I'm more than welcome in Pansy's dorm."

He fiddled with his rings and looked down. Before returning his focus back to his work, he lifted his head and glanced at me. His eyes looked tired, his expression overall exhausted. And sad.

"Draco, you can come. We want you to come."

My mouth said the words before my brain could process them; When I feel bad for people, my automatic response is to be nice. But, with Draco, I didn't want to waste my breath. I don't know why I did that.
