April decided to stay with Jessie for the time being after Jessie's persistent persuasion. When they finally arrived at the island, Alabaster called again. They couldn't be more relieved with the news, they captured few people on the scene. The interrogation was still in process though. But the two agreed to stay together until the case closed.
Jessie 'apartment' wasn't an apartment as April had thought, it was more like a penthouse. The living room could fit her entire apartment and still had some space to spare, not to mention the size of other rooms in the house. That night, April constantly compared her house to Jessie's house.
What an unfair world...

April opened her eyes but unsure if she was still dreaming. The scene in front of her was a woman holding a baby while a man sat beside her. They were like angels, heavenly perfect match. The woman had bright red hair while the man had platinum gold hair. They seemed familiar to her, she could feel it... Her eyes moved to the baby nestled in the woman's hand. She could hear the giggles coming from the baby.
"April, the one who will blossom forever. Even if the autumn come, she will not wilted. Even if the snow falls, she will bloom."
The scene became blurry. April tried to open her mouth before the scene became void. She wasn't sure what had happened but it probably part of that dream she had before. Within the darkness, she heard a woman voice. The voice sounded familiar but she failed to remember it.
"The story is progressing excitingly. April, you made a good choice so far. But you've to remember, what you saw wasn't just a dream. Remember, darling"
Her eyelids felt heavier as the voice reminded her over and over again. When she opened her eyes, an alarm from her phone rang. Laid motionless on the bed, she muttered a word she had forgotten a long time ago. That word was a name. The person who owned it had died along with the name. However, at the moment it felt it had risen up from the coldness.
"Worthe..."

"Marble Vick Leinstan and Onyx James Holmesfield, boss."
Jarome's words repeated in his mind. He had investigated April past but somehow her childhood during middle school was heavily covered up. However, the moment he got the report of her past, Jarome came with the news about the spies. 'Those people were theirs?'. Those men that harmed her... Alabaster was unsure how to respond. He only called April into his office.
Nevertheless, she was shocked to learn that both men were after her yet again. But also shocked by Alabaster's revelation. He investigated her past. She was more anxious about the latter. Nobody knew about her past except for the sisters that took care of her in the orphanage and her doctor, even June was in the dark about most of it, she never told him the name at least. The boys' guardians pressed and threatened her about it. They were powerful people, how could she rebel against their will.
"April, I know you're upset with me but can you tell me what really happened?"
'Can I trust him? What if I told him the whole story? Will he take revenge for me like the dream showed me? Isn't this going too fast? We barely knew each other... If I covered it up, is it even worthy to do so?'.
She was scared. What if she made a wrong move and ultimately cost her life again? It took a few moments for her to calm down, but Alabaster waited patiently. Her response would determine his next move. Having April close to him while the two after her, could be harmful for him but that meant he had to let her go. That left a pain in his chest. Would he dare to abandon her?
"You can take the report you got as it is. There's nothing for me to be upset about it. I'm no exception for the investigation for the company. Also, they yet to know I worked here. You can fire me here but... I promised you I'm not going to bring harm to your company. I can take care of it myself, Mr. Alabaster."
