28 chapters, 129 pages, 57 142 words (including 2 side stories)

So, here we are... at the end of the story.

I know the story didn't have a satisfying ending.

But let just say, I'm not the professional drama writer and don't like complicated stuff.

So, the story was made as simple as I can think of.

I might write the side characters stories and split them into different stories.

I can't promise everyone will get it but I'm currently on a project with a couple of side characters from this story (they aren't the main one though).

For anyone who's asking, yes! I finished the story before I uploaded it. I'm happy with that choice since I changed a lot of stuff as the plot progressed.

My friend reminded me Alabaster's name is the same as the name of Alabasta kingdom in One Piece. But I didn't realise it until several chapters after and ultimately, decided to keep the name anyway. Because I kinda attached to the name already :D

Some might've noticed Zhongli's name as a character from Genshin Impact but I decided the name before their character exists. Quite a coincident I say... I like the meaning of the name in chinese, anyway. So, I kept it.

By the way, my friend said she likes Jenat and Marble more than the main characters. What do you guys think? Do you like them more or have a different most liked one.

Funfact:

*That day was a weird day. The idea just popped out of nowhere while my family and I watched some movie I don't remember. I'm afraid I couldn't go to sleep if I don't let this out, so I wasted no time and started to type the intro and chapter 1 in the phone in the middle of the crowd. Had a hard time to sleep when your brain go nut, so I typed until my eyes fell...

*Onyx was supposed to be the main lead but I don't like his past with April. So, he got the villain role.

*The original plot was mess up and creepy, so I changed it a lot. The original went like this; April ran away but got caught by Onyx. She slowly developed 'affection' towards him as he relentlessly courted her. Nobody existed during this period except April, Onyx and June.

*The name of locations I used like Kuching, Sibu... are real places except for Ace Island. As everyone had seen the tag, the whole futuristic and modern setting of the story was fiction. These places aren't as I portrayed it in here. It's based on the location in Sarawak of the Malaysia country. We're the third world country anyway. I wanted to try the west country but decided to use mine anyway. Let's say I never went out of this tiny home of mine :'')

To be honest, I'm always afraid to write, like write novel because I was bad at it. But reading more novel gave me some courage to do it. Before this, I prefer drawing story in to comic but they never left the dusty shelf book. I thought writing novel was much harder to do than drawing. I guess I changed my mind now hahaha... Ever wonder how painful it was to draw one chapter for 6 pages? It costed me an arm, literally.

Last but not least, THANK YOU FOR READING!!!

I appreciated you guys for spending times to come here and decided to read it.

I don't really care about the vote but just know I'm really happy you like it.

Also, let's not forgot our beta tester (lol); Minah, my friend and her younger sister for the advise they gave me *U*

There will be 2 side stories. So, stay tune for tomorrow update.

so, after rereading it again, I think I need to clarify some stuff again

1. did Alabaster really love April?

yes, he truly loved her

but he wouldn't do or sacrifice as much if it wasn't because of the magic

if it wasn't for it, April would have died like Gorgon had seen in his dream in side story 2

the man was more rigid and untrusting than this

if it wasn't for the magic, he wouldn't fall in love this quickly

it would take him years to warm up to her

at the end of the alternative universe, he would regret for not saving April in time for the rest of his live

but we all know it's impossible

April could only exist because of the magic, so this was the only ending there was

(well, you might get the alternative bad ending if you played his route badly...)

2. who were the two voice of the bougainvillea tree speaking

the 500 years old tree housed countless souls in its body as it grew older each day

because of this, the tree grew abnormally huge and never wilt it's eternal flowers

the two soul, as you might have guess was April's parents but they had lost their memory as a living human

now, they were just peaceful souls that resided in the tree

they could move on to the afterlife but the soul unconsciously stayed as it hope to see their daughter found her happiness in life

will they finally move on? I think they will

3. so, she lived with the magic until the end of her time but wouldn't that still affected everyone near her?

once she accepted the magic (which took her long time to do that), the magic became much less affecting against random people

also, she had found they people she loved, so the magic became less erractic

notice how she attracted no one since she became attached to June, the magic had gotten less chaotic if she found someone to direct her feelings to them

once she settle with Alabaster, the affect of the magic became less prominent

unless one was extremely prone to it

I still wasn't sure how to set the criteria for the group that was prone to the magic though (sweat)

let just say, there were souls that were too imbalance on their own way

so, if you got anymore questions than this, feel free to ask me here

so, we finally reach the end of our parting session....

so, I will leave a single gift for the passionate readers
