"Let us begin." Someone shouted.
"Before we begin, what is the Ability Rank of the subject?" Sigaw ng isang matandang lalaki.
Hindi ko sila makita dahil nakatutok ang ilaw saakin. Para bang ako yung spotlight sa loob ng stadium na 'to.
"Ability Rank of the subject is confidential." Sabi ng emcee.
Actually nandito lang ako nakaupo sa gitna ng malaking pasilyo. Nakatulala at nagtataka kung anong gagawin ko dito. Mukha akong hinohostage dito ah.
"We can't do anything, the Queen ordered the Higher-Ups to keep this a secret."
"We understand that the Queen ordered the Higher-Ups, but how about the Middle-Ups and Lower-Ups?" Sigaw naman ng isang babae.
"Agree, this is unfair!" Sigaw nanaman ng isa.
This is so lame! Ability Rank lang ba ang gusto nilang malaman tungkol saakin? Tumayo na ako at akmang aalis na sana pero agad akong hinatak ni Mr. Lysander pabalik sa aking upuan.
"Do not leave when the meeting is not yet done." Seryoso niyang sabi at sabay lumakad paalis.
"Enough!" Someone shouted.
That shout made the hall quiet.
"Why are you making a lot of nonsense noises?" She said.
Teka lang, bakit parang pamilyar ang mukha niya?
"Forgive us your Majesty, we-" He was cut by the woman.
I think I already saw her somewhere....
"Silence." she said and turned to me.
Wait! Isn't she-
"Have a sit young lady." Kalmadong sabi niya saakin.
Queen Regina.....
Umupo na ako and the crowd was still staring at me in disbelief. As if this was all useless to begin with.
"As we gather here today, we will discuss how the subject is going to study here, how she will start to live here and how she will fight for the University." The emcee announce.
As the emcess said that, numerous unbelievable scoffs was heard.
Mga ilang oras na ang nakalipas at nandito pa rin ako nakaupo. Nag-meeting na sana sila nung bago pa ako dumating, hindi yung pinag-hihintay nila ako dito.
Actually wala naman talaga ako pake kung anong pinag-uusapan nila. Ang gusto ko lang, ay gawin ang tungkulin ko at ang mga bagay na sinabi saakin ni Tatay Jun.
Ang gusto ko, ay matupad ang pangarap ko na maging bayani. To save other people. To save people who doesn't have the strengths to help themselves. To save the poor. To save the weak.
