Amity woke, immediately noticing weight on her ribcage. Although her eyes roamed through her room, the familiar walls, she didn't dare to move her body. After something that felt like an eternity Amity looked to the side to see what Luz was actually doing. Turns out it was a hug that Luz gave her. As Amity couldn't figure out if Luz was awake or asleep she decided to close her eyes again, quietly enjoying the hug. She thought about what time it could be. the sun was rising, Amity had seen that... or rather hadn't seen that since her eyes needed to get used to the sudden source of light.

She let her thoughts scatter, eyes still closed. Should she wake Luz up? Maybe she should move, the pose she was laying in is getting kinda uncomfortable. Amity rolled her eyes, eyelids still closed, about her own useless thoughts. How did she managed to become top student again? A bit annoyed by her own thoughts Amity opened her eyes again. Looking around again her eyes met a pair of hazel eyes, Luz's eyes. They where staring at each other, a surprised expression on their faces, without a sound by now. Well, this was awkward.

Slowly, as if Amity wouldn't notice slow movements, Luz pulled her arm back, turned around and pulled the soft blanket over her head. She muttered something, the pitch in her voice was a lot higher than normally. Amity giggled and sat up, wishing Luz a good morning. She tried so hard to act like nothing happened that Luz turned back around, glancing at her with a suspicious look on her face. She asked if Amity wasn't mad or anything which she denied a bit confused. Why should she? Luz sat up too, explaining that she wasn't sure if Amity felt uncomfortable or something like that.

Trying to prevent the situation from getting more and more awkward the witch assured her friend that she wasn't mad at all and asked if Luz was hungry enough for breakfast. Her try succeeded and Luz jumped up to get some clothes. She left the room, explaining that she knew the way to the bathroom by now. The witch let out a sigh, before she stood up and decided to change in her room. she was fast enough to do so. After something close to 5 minutes scrolling through penstagram and halfhearted replying to some messages it knocked on the door. Amity called the person on the other side in. It was Luz. When Amity looked up and realized that she closed the app and let her scroll disappear.

>>Okay, but where does it go?<<
>>What? My scroll? I never really thought about that...<<
It was normal for her to just let her scroll disappear so Amity didn't question where it would go. The witch could see the theories Luz had just by looking into her eyes. But to her surprise Luz didn't tell her any of them. Amity then continues to scan Luz's new shirt. simple, white with thick purple stripes.

>>You're really digging Glandus's colors, aren't you?<<
>>Oh c'mon, Ammy. It's not my fault that these colors suit me.<<
Luz gave her friend a wink which blend into a smile. She then walked past Amity to her bag. The witch asked what she was doing. Luz explained that she was putting her toothbrush and belongings into her backpack. Amity laughed, clearly not expecting that. She couldn't explain why but Luz didn't ask anyway.

>>Tell me, will I see you at Hexside tomorrow?<<
Luz, still eating breakfast looked up from her plate and into Amity's eyes, trying to tell her to wait with some wild movements. Surprisingly the witch understood and placed her chin on her hand as she was waiting for Luz to finally start talking. Amity herself hasn't finished her breakfast either but she was staring at Luz for most of the time.
>>I hope so! Eda and I will at least go there tomorrow. Hopefully I can attend school again.<<
