11. Will you fall for me?

Hey :D okay, weird start-- I asked a friend how I should go on since I'm not ending the story with a magical kiss when there's so much more to write when there's actually a relationship to work with and it turned out that I'll have to practice writing romance. Thanks for reading (or ignoring) this!

Skara looked up from the neatly folded clothes to pay attention to Boscha and the things she held in her hands while rushing towards her.
>>Black or red?<<
>>Well, which one do you like more? Also that's pink, Boscha.<<
The taller one shrugged and explained that she wasn't sure which one she liked more.

>>I'm sure you look good in both of them.<<
Skara smiled at Boscha which was still holding the two dresses in her hands. Her expression grew more and more into annoyance which made Skara laugh. She was perfectly aware of the danger she could've put herself into. So she suggested that they could look for a color that would compliment her eyes more. She had three of these after all.

>>It's great how you have no own opinion tho.<<
>>I don't have to wear your dresses.<<
>>Sure. But you've to look at me.<<
Skara nodded, staring at the curtain of a changing room, until Boscha moved the curtain. They rushed through a short procedure of looking in a mirror and taking selfies before Boscha went back into the changing room.

>>Sure, just give me no answer at all. Not that we're dating or anything.<<
Almost seeing the stupid smile Boscha made Skara answered in a similar way.
>>That doesn't change the fact that you should be able to choose your own clothes.<<
They kept their conversation going while trying on more dresses.

Luz and Amity finally found a nice place where they could sit down. Sitting next to each other made it easier to share the sweets so Luz shoved a chair around the table. She asked Amity if she knew anything about the shop while placing one of the sweets in her mouth.

Amity shook her head, explaining that she only knew that she sweets are supposedly self made. But that was written on the window in the front door which Amity thought her friend had read. The witch then took a piece out of the little paper bag and rolled it between her fingers while staring at it with such an intensity that she might have stared literal holes into it. But before that could happen she decided to eat the piece of hard sugar with a modified flavor. It was minty but still sweet.

Luz mentioned it tasted similar to candy canes. When Amity asked what candy canes are Luz seemed almost offended before having a realization. She then explained that they most likely had a different name in the demon realm and started to describe what she was talking about. It didn't ring a bell.

Still distracted by the fact that Amity didn't knew what candy canes were Luz mentioned that she would bring some with her when she got back into the human realm. A heavy ball of panic started to grow in Amity's stomach. Her face went even more pale than usual when she realized that she could lose her loved one once again.

>>So you're going to go back into your world again?<<
>>Yea. I mean my mamá still lives there. She's probably worried sick about me.<<
Doubt spread in Luz's face before she took another one of the sweets and tried to flip it into her mouth, similar to how you'd flip a coin. She missed and the hard sweet fell right on her forehead. Rubbing the aching spot with her right hand Luz realized that she shouldn't try that again.

But her failed trickshot brightened the vibe and both her and Amity could laugh a little. Although the fear of losing Luz didn't leave Amity, she truly enjoyed their time together. Luz the asked about Amity's secret hideaway in the library. The question came out of nowhere and had no relation to their conversation. She hasn't visited the hideaway in months, Luz asked if they could visit the library.
