Chapter 12: Two new half bloods and five angry beast.

Once we all started get to know each other I learned that their names where Anna and Ben. We were talking and laughing about all kinds of things and telling stories and jokes. It was really fun. I watched as the fire danced on the loose leaf papers. I saw something in the fire. It was like a face. A face that I recognized right away. This face was Leo's father I looked around the room to see if anyone else saw this. No one did. I heard a voice in my head and looked back into the fire, "Hannah, don't miss trust my son Aphrodite told me that he loves you very, very much and yes he does think Anna is beautiful, but he loves you. You need to trust him. But this is not the only reason I'm here I need to warn you about something. Something will be lost on this quest something very valuable. And beware of the darkness below," Hephaestus's deep voice stopped and I looked in the fire again. He was a man with a long gray and dark brown hair, with scars all over his face, I'm guessing they were from working in the forge, he wasn't very pretty ether. Why did Aphrodite marry him? She seems to beautiful for him. Maybe they just fell in love. Hephaestus smiled sadly to me in the fire and I smiled back. Then his face vanished from the fire. I leaned back against the wall and started to nod off. But a strange pink and solver glow caused me to jump to my feet. Everyone was staring at Anna and Ben. Above Anna was a shimmering pink dove, Aphrodite obviously. And above Ben was a shimmering, silver platinum owl, Athena. I walked up to the two and said in a loud and authoritative voice, "All hail Anna daughter of Aphrodite, all hail Ben son of Athena!" They both looked at me with huge smiles on their faces. Then they both startled me by engulfing me in a huge, and tight hug. I patted their backs chuckling and grinning. "Okay, now let's get you two weapons-" I was cut off but the window I was standing next to shattered. "AHHHH!" I heard Anna scream when something very, very large tackled me. I knew exactly what tackled me the instant I let in a breath through my nose. The foul sent of a creature that came from the underworld. Hellhounds. I stabbed the thing in the heart with an arrow. It went limp and I pushed it off of me. I felt the warmth of my thick bold drip down the side of my face from the gash on my forehead. I stood and looked around to see all of my friends where knocked out on the ground and there were five hellhounds surrounding me. Well this seems fair 1 daughter of Artemis against 5 hellhounds. I stared at my friends on the ground not knowing if they were alive. I could feel anger course through my veins. Then I could see the corner of my eyes start to fill in with silver. I was too angry to care so I didn't fight it. As the silver began to overcome my eyes I could see the fear grown into the hellhounds deep soulless eyes. What? I questioned in my head, but that's when everything went silver and I panicked. What was happening? What was going on? But then everything went black.
