It was evening time both were going back home.
While going back she noticed something which actually shook her to the core.
But she didn't let her inner turmoil spoil there moment as after so long time he was with her and was happy.
She saw him looking intensely at her from the corner of her eyes
"Kartik focus on driving or else we'll meet with an accident !" she exclaimed.
"Who wants to die in an accident when one can die on and for you ?" He said cheekily. Her cheeks flushed.
"Why do you have to be cheesy always." She said in disbelief.
"Be it cheesy or not but it's the truth I can't live without you and you know that. I can kill someone or anyone for you and die f....." She stopped him from completing his sentence.
"Hey how many times do I have to tell you not to talk like this? Do you think it's only you who loves me so much. Don't I love you? Can I live without you? Have you ever thought of me" she said thinking about it.
Naira has tears in her eyes because firstly she was already disturbed by the sight she saw a few minutes ago and then him talking like a stupid but she turns her face away from him.
He at first knew he was being selfish and stupid so he decided to talk to her but what he saw next was not expected.
He saw tears rolling down her eyes and could clearly see fear and anger in her eyes.
He in no second understood that it's not only him but also something else disturbing her.
"Naira what happened? Why are you crying? Did someone told you something? Did I hurt you? Bolo na." He asked worriedly while wiping the tears from her cheeks and eyes.
"N-nothing it's just you speaking like an idiot without even realising what you said" she said without looking at him.
He knew she only did this when she is extremely nervous or is hiding something from him.
She couldn't even lie to save her life.
He stopped the car, got down and went to her side.
Opening her door he pulled her out of the car and made her sit on the backside of the car.
"Hmm nope it's not just that I know you very well something else is also going on in your head tell me what is it?" He asked her calmly.
"no it's noth- when you can't lie then why to try ?" He asked cutting her words.
Naira hugs him and starts crying and seeing this he gets more tensed.
He cups her face and wipes her tears .
He had no clue about what's wrong with her.
He thought that he would joke with her and laugh at her and with her but seeing her anyone could say that she is very much disturbed by something.
"Shh shh Fiorewhat's the deal ?" He asked lovingly. He searches the water bottle for her.
"I..... I ... woh......I saw......woh " she stammered.
Kartik made her drink some water to calm her nerves.
"Shh...what happened huh? whom did you see ?" He asked while patting her back.
"I saw him he was there. Kartik he is here. He will harm me.... Kartik" she said breaking down.
Kartik understood who is the he but still wanted to ask her.
"Who Naira ?" He asked carefully.
"A-abhi......" she said hiccuping.
"What!!! what's he doing here? Abhi .. he should be in jail." He said gritting his teeth.
"Please Kartik let's go away from here or else..." she said worriedly.
"Shh.. Naira nothing will happen. Relax. Ok I'm here I'll save you and our family. He can't even give you minute scratch or our family. I'll protect you" He said assuring her .
"But what if something happened to you. I can't loose you because of him. I already lost a lot in my life and now I can't loose anything else. You are my everything. Please let's go somewhere." She said hopefully that he will understand her fears and agree with her.
Kartik hugs her and calms her down.
Naira hides her head in the crook of his neck.
And he tries to calm her breathing as he knew if she keeps on being like this then she will surely pass out for the anxiety.
"Naira you are my sherni. And sherni isn't afraid of anything. You won't loose anything else. I'll be always with you." He said trying to uplift her mood.
"Hmm .. ok" she said tiredly.
He pecked her forehead as if promising her that everything will be fine and not to worry.
He made her sit on her seat and closed the door and went to the driving seat and drove to their home.
They both reach back to home.
Everyone was sitting in the living room and were surprised to see Naira's condition.
Kids went and hugged her.
She also hugs them back and takes them with her to her room and fell asleep with them.
Back in living room
Kartik went to the living room after making sure that the kids and Naira both are asleep.
He grabbed the nearest vase and smashed it.
Hearing the smashing sound Laksh and Ishika rushed towards him.
"Bhai !" Both Ishika and Laksh exclaimed worriedly.
And Laksh pulled his hand towards himself and checked as the vase pieces scratched his hands.
"Bhai what happened? What are you doing?" They asked him hurriedly. Kartik informs Laksh and Ishika.
Worry and anger was clearly visible in their eyes but most prominent was care.
Care for Kartik and Naira.
"How's he out? He should be in jail?" Laksh asked angrily.
"Ha bhai. Naira's fear is justified. You remember last time after the incident she went into trauma. And you were the one who brought her back." Ishika said favouring Naira.
"hmm.... wait I'll ask the police about him." Kartik said drawing their attention to him and easing their minds.
After calling the police he got to know that he has ran away from the jail today itself.
And they are trying their best to find him. Kartik tells them the location where she saw him.
And increases the security of the house and the members.
