Blake looked up from where she sat on the ground when she heard someone knocking and walking in. "Hey." She said when she saw Stiles walking over to her, he smiled down at her as he handed her some ice tea he got her from the cafe making her gasp lightly as she grabbed it, "Thank you." She said smiling.

He chuckled and then looked around the place. Blake had bought the Hale property back from the state and decided she wanted to rebuild the Hale House. She had help from actual contractors in the beginning to do the framing, plumbing and electrical but after that she decided she wanted to do it on her own. Her goal was to make it look like how it did before the fire and didn't want anyone to fuck it up.

"It's looking real nice." Stiles asked as Blake stood up and glanced around, "I think I'm getting close to being done. Thank god it's summer, other wise I would not have the time to do this." She said and he chuckled. "You know, I can still help out. You don't have to finish this on your own." He said as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"Stiles, you're an amateur detective, not a contractor." She said making his raise his eyebrows at her, "And you're an Art teacher, not a contractor. Although, maybe you should be one because you're pretty good at it." He said making her laugh before leaning up to kiss him.

"You know, I'm surprised you even still remember what this place used to look like. Considering you were eleven when the fire happened and now you're twenty-three." Stiles said and Blake shrugged, "I still remember the main parts of the house but luckily Derek and Peter had some pictures that showed the house. I mean, the bedrooms arent going to be exact but it'll be close enough."

"Well I can't wait to live here with you." He said making her raise her eyebrows at him with a smile, "Oh? You're gonna move in here with me?" She asked and he looked st her like it was obvious. "Considering I already live with you in the loft, I assumed I was gonna come with you when you move into here." He said smiling down at her.

"Well then I can't wait." She said before pulling him down for another kiss.

Two months later

"Ready?" Blake said as she stood in front of the front door of the new Hale House. All summer, plus the first month of school she had been working on the house and now it was finally done. "Ready." Stiles said and she smiled before opening the door.

They walked in and Stiles looked around impressed, "So this is what the house looked like before?" He asked and she nodded with a slight shrug. "Basically. I had to change a few thing but this is as close as you're gonna get." She said and he turned to look at her with a large smile.

"It looks amazing." He said making her smile and walk over to him, wrapping her arms around his shoulders while he wrapped his around her waist. "I was thinking we could invite everyone over for dinner. You know, like a house warming party." She said and he nodded.

"House warming party and also an engagement party." He said making her look at him confused, "Engagement party?" She asked. He just smiled at her before pulling a small black box out of his pocket making her jaw drop. "Wait seriously?" She asked and he chuckled and nodded

"Should I get on one knee or...?" He asked and she shook her head, "No, too cliche." She said and he laughed and nodded. "Blake, I've loved you for sixteen years and we've been together for five and I'm completely and utterly in love with you. It's like you have me under your spell." Stiles says making Blake laugh.
