Chapter 12:SHOCKED

Jimin POV

I drove my car,heading back to my mansion while Taehyung stay at his office because he still had some things to get it done,I don't know why but my mind still couldn't process what I read just now,I stared at the file that I put on the front passenger seat which is beside me

"Is this real..?What did I just do??How stupid I can be?"

I reached my mansion and got off of my car.I was heading to her room but a voice called me

"Jimin-ahh..hyung needs to talk to you"the voice clicked

I turned to the voice and it was Jin hyung

"What was it hyung?"I asked back

"Don't bother her yet, she is resting after what you've done to her last night"He replied

"So..she told you about that"I answered

"So that's true..why did you do that to her?I thought you love the mystery girl that you met years ago in the orphanage when you were still a kid"

I told my hyungs about Kim Soo Min,the girl I loved with all my heart since I was a kid

"I didn't mean to do it.I was drunk and lost my control when she appeared in front of me"I spoke

"Do you know how depressed she was right now after what has happened last night? She's your enemy's daughter,do you know that?"Jin hyung questioned with some anger in his voice

"Jin hyung..why are you so pressed?I told you I lost my control..do you like her?!"I shot back

"Jimin NO! She's a nice girl but you need to remember she's just here because you kidnapped her for your revenge!Do you think I didn't know how you stared at her when we cooked that day?!What if you fall in love with her?Jimin you need to know the more you do this,the deeper you would fall for her because one day her father will take her back from you.. you would be the one who would get hurt.. Don't you realized that?!"Jin hyung shot back

"Hyung...

What if I told you that I already fall in love with her?I swear I'll protect her at all cost whether it means I have to kill or be killed."

"Jimin..what has gotten into you?"he asked out of concern

I felt so useless right now after what I've done to her.How could I hurt her?My mind messed up at this moment

"Jin hyung..I didn't know what I'm going to do without her in my life.. I'll never let her go.I would do anything for her.You said I can't love her because she's my enemy's daughter right?

and what if I told you that she's not..?"

I shot back and walked past him.I turn back to rest in my room instead,leaving Jin hyung who was still in dazed after my last comment

"Yah!What do you mean by that?!"He asked back from behind but I just walked towards my room

Taehyung POV

Flashback

"Is this real..?"Jimin asked not believing what he reads

"Yeah..Jimin...I know it is hard but yeah it is.. Actually,I did so many investigation to confirm it before telling you this"

"But how did you do this?"He asked

"You know I'm the most talented hacker right? I'm good in disguise too..I hacked his computer system to get all the data by using the email he sent us that day and I also went there,the place where you and her met"I replied "And Hyung Sik send me this email after I threatened him"I continued

"What was it?"He questioned as I showed him the screen of my laptop

"So you knew huh?Do you want to solve this?If you want then asked the police to come and get your daughter but we will make sure to ruin your reputation and drag you with us in the prison"

"Are you threatening me?I don't care about my so called daughter.I know you don't want to get the police involved right? I'll take back the report and let's solve this without involving the police"~Anonymous

"Smart aren't ya? Let's make a deal then.Don't get the police involved or we'll ruin your reputation.I want to see the news today or else you know what will happen,just say hello to the prison  and say goodbye to your reputation once the reporter knew what you did"

"I replied to his email on purpose to make my investigation easier because I want to know if he really care about his daughter being kidnapped or not.But as expected,he doesn't care at all.I think he just reported it to the police because he wanted to drag us down if we were caught not necessary because of his "daughter"I continued
"So..,what are you going to do now?"

"I'll protect her from that old ass mafia, I'll win her back..thanks for this, I'll go home now"He answered and get up from his seat and take the file "Taehyung, don't tell anyone for now,I don't want her to know"

"Okay fine..Just go home first then, I'll go later,I still have some things to handle"I replied

I sat on the chair in my office.I wonder what Jimin would've felt after knowing the truth

He will protect her for sure but would she believed him?

"Ding!"a notification sounds from my phone

I quickly pick my phone and see the news

"The Ceo Of Lee Corporation,Lee Hyung Sik take back his report due to his missing daughter."

     Lee Hyung Sik took back his report and the police stopped their mission to search for Lee Y/n.Her father claimed that his daughter was just being away for a while without telling due to her personal problem.
