Megha completed her pooja and spread sambrani in the whole house then she went to their room and saw Abhi getting ready. Abhi saw her through mirror and asked "You aren't coming to work?"
"I'm not" Megha said taking clothes out of the closet when Abhi faced her.
"Then what are you getting ready for?" Abhi asked.
"I'm going to meet a clint in Banglore and finalise the deal" Megha said packing a pair of clothes in a small business trolley.
"And who permitted you?" Abhi asked with narrowed eyes.
"My cold hearted boss who's so into working. And why are you looking at me like that? You should be celebrating" Megha said taking her clothes to the bathroom for changing.
"I won't" Abhi said after she came out changing into western wear making her look at him.

Their moment broke when they heard a commotion downstairs and rushed down to see Aditya, Kalyani and RC tensed rounding the couch in the living room.
"What happened?" Abhi asked moving towards the couch to see Maha lay on the couch unconscious.
"Maha has asthma and it's because of sambrani she fainted. We called a doctor" Kalyani said rubbing Maha's feet.
"Maha! Maha wake up" Aditya tapped her cheek waking her up. Megha immediately rushed to open the windows and doors so the fresh air comes in.
Maha coughed and started waking up inhaling a bit of fresh air. Doctor came and checked her before writing a prescription of pills and exited.
"I'm sorry. I didn't know that you had asthma" Megha apologized.
"I'm fine. It's not your fault" Maha said in a raspy voice and looking at Abhi. Megha followed her gaze to see Abhi's blank expression and immediately knew he was angry.
Abhi's back was towards the door when Megha returned to their room and started "I..I really didn't know. I'm so sorry"
"Sorry? Why are you apologising? I'm the one who should be sorry for bringing you into my home" Abhi said mockingly.
"Wh...what are you talki-" Abhi cut her off seething "I should've known when you said you were jealous of her. I was so naive not to notice that. Were you trying kill her? Huh?"
Megha's eyes teared with his words but she didn't say anything and he warned her "If you even think of her I don't even know what I'm going to do" with that he banged the door and went out.
Megha collapsed on the ground taking the support of the bed. Maha came in and was in tears listening to Abhi's words and said "Megha! I'm so sorry. It was his anger speaking he'll come around when he calms down ".
"You only heard anger in his words but what about the love towards you? It can't be forgotten" Megha said as a lone tear rolled down her left cheek.
"Megha.." Maha trailed off not knowing how to console her.
Megha shook her head "It's neither your fault nor his I was the fool to even believe he will move on" getting on her feet and took the trolley bag and moved out wiping her tears leaving Maha sad with tears and guilt.
Abhi was tired from his work and still frustrated from the morning incident when he returned home at ten. When he was going to his room he saw light in the guest room and slightly opened the door to see Maha and Devayani in a tense environment.
"Are you happy now?" Devayani seethed.
Lucky shook her head "Aunty please...".
Devayani cut her off "Don't act it's all your fault that Abhi was heartbroken. You left him and moved on with your husband but why aren't you letting him live his life? I thought he'd not let any girl into his life and when you left him he was in the dark but when I saw Abhi looking at Megha the first time I saw the light which vanished because of you. By god's grace they got married but now you came again and spreading darkness in his life making Megha separate from him. If you really loved him you would mind your own business Maha. I'm just warning you now but next time I'm going to throw you out of this house" Abhi moved into shadows when Devayani exited the room.
"I only loved him aunty but he's Megha's life. Why would I separate them?" Maha spoke to herself before going to bed.
