It's been a hell lot of tiring month to all of the staff and their boss too. With the projects, client meetings and bearing with all the interactions with her boss it took a whole lot toll on Megha and she needed a break.

For god sake every one needed a break in their life. And with that in her mind she's here on her weekend in Pallavi's village Devi puram. One of the workers in Pallavi house came to pick them from bus station.

Since Pallavi's dad is the president of the village he has good amount of riches and also earned a lot of respect among others. The driver parked the car and Pallavi ran to her mom hugging her tightly, the pleasantries were exchanged and soon they went back to their respective works while the girls went to Pallavi's room.
It's been a tiring day and it was at six in the evening by the time they got freshened up. After dinner they all hit the bed with the tiring day and journey.
As Megha closed her eyes the only face she could see was her boss making her sit up on the bed which made Pallavi whine "God.... Megha he isn't here just sleep" and turned to her side.
The next day everyone was busy decorating the house when the girls came down for breakfast. Pallavi's mom saw them and asked "You both are not ready?In two hours the kalyanam starts. I'll send breakfast to your room and get ready"
"Oh shit I totally forgot about kalyanam. Let's go and get ready" Pallavi exclaimed and dragged Megha upstairs.
"What kalyanam?" Megha asked once they were in the room.
"Siva parvati Kalyanam is famous in our village. People come from different villages around us. What are you looking at grab some outfit and get ready" Pallavi said rushing into the washroom.
Pallavi got ready into a half saree and sat on the bed putting on the jewellery as Megha exited the washroom in a half saree too.
"Holy... you look so good in traditional wear if our boss sees you like this he might even marry you" Pallavi said and a bell rang suddenly making them jump.
"Shut up...and not even in eons would he marry me and you look stunning too" Megha said and combed her hair.
"Let's go shock the boys and jealous the girls wingwoman" Pallavi said making Megha laugh as they descended the stairs.
Pallavi was helping her mom in arranging the pooja things along with Megha when suddenly her father came and said "Hey! Chinni" making his daughter turn towards him surprised.
"Baby what are you doing here?" Megha asked hugging her father.
"I came here on work to cover the kalyanam of this village" RK said kissing his daughter's forehead.
"Wow! What a coincidence" Pallavi said and introduced herself and her family to RK and vice versa.
After the pooja things were arranged Megha said "I'll go around to see temple" to Pallavi's mom.
"Come before the pooja starts dear" Pallavi's mom Veena said.
Megha was looking around the temple and prayed to the demi gods in the temple and was about to turn around but bumped into a hard chest but before she could fall two strong arms caught her around the waist while she held onto the shirt collar.
She opened her eyes and saw black orbs staring back at her making her groan "Wow! I thought I could at least have peace of mind for my weekend and you had to spoil it"
