"Chinni.....Chinni....." RK(Ramakrishnan) called from the kitchen. But there was no response making him turn off the stove before going to his daughter's room and opened the door to see the bed empty.
RK turned around only to gasp and fall on the bed. Meghana took off the devil mask from her face laughing at her father who was scared. She gave him her hand and pulled him onto his feet teasing "What baby you got scared so easily how are you a journalist?".
"Hmmm...If I knew I would get a devil of a daughter I would have become a cop at least" RK teased his daughter making her hit his shoulder and chuckle.
"Come let's have breakfast I'm getting late" he said and went out to serve breakfast for him and her.
"Today also Idly...God how many times should I say come out of your idly obsession and learn something else" Meghana shook her head eating idlies.
"It's your time to learn cooking. You are already 22 and going to get married soon" RK said making his daughter roll her eyes.
"Naanna don't you have any work other than thinking about my marriage? It's just been a month since my graduation" Meghana said.
"I'm 51 and becoming old that's why I want to put you in some other safer arms before I die" RK tried the same senti dialogue he used since past one year.
"Uff.....not again. I have an interview. I need to go bye" she hugged him and went out but not before praying to her mom's photo on the wall.
