The school day was nearly over and Izuku felt a hesitant hope flutter in his chest.
'Maybe things will go back to normal now! Batsu and Shin have been quiet. Maybe I'm all better!'
Throughout the day Izuku had been happy, talking to his classmates, playfully fighting with his friends as they teased his relationship, Bakugou nearly starting a fight only to be calmed down by the greenette, starting the teasing anew.

Lunch had been amazing, sitting sandwiched between his boyfriends, sharing small gestures of affection with them as they talked about random things.

So he was confused as to why he was anxious when Aizawa-sensei told them they were doing Hero training. He bit his lip as he changed into his Hero Costume, his sudden change not going unnoticed, Katsuki moving to stand next to him in the locker room.

"What's wrong?" Izuku blinked and frowned, waving his hands around in a confused manner,
"I-I dunno, I feel off." Red eyes narrowed,
"Off how?" The greenette shrugged, his confusion palpable. "Well, all you can do is tell someone if you can't fucking deal, yeah?" His boyfriend's words brought a smile to his face,
"Yeah, Kaachan, you're right."

The blonde scoffed,
"Of course I fucking am, now hurry up." Smiling, the green haired boy pushed the feeling of unease to the back of his mind, rushing after Katsuki.

Moving out to Battle ground B, Izuku huddled together with his friends as AllMight cleared his throat and pulled out a small piece of paper. He tried to listen, taking in as much as he could but the feeling of unease had swarmed his body, his hands trembling as he suddenly felt floaty, everything seemed further away, sounds muted as he stared at AllMight's chest.

He felt like he wasn't real, like if he reached out, moved even an inch the world would break.
'Am I dreaming? No, I remember coming here, don't I? Oh, what's that?'
A gloved hand was waving in front of his face, trying to get his attention and suddenly the world rushed back with painful clarity.

"-ku! Deku! Answer me damnit!" He flinched away from the hand, realising his breathing was raspy and rapid,
'Calm down, it's just Kacchan, breathe.'
Taking a deep breath in, Izuku held it for as long as he could before releasing it slowly. The rest of the class was separated into groups of two, Uraraka standing next to him.

"I'm sorry Deku, I didn't know what to do, you weren't answering me so I got Bakugou!" The boy smiled reassuringly, ignoring the way his heart was thumping rapidly,
"It's ok Uraraka-san, thank you."
The girl smiled happily, moving back to give the two boys a moment alone.

"The fuck was that?" Katsuki stood close, whispering the words as he scanned the other boys pale face.
"I-I don't know, I felt really weird." The blonde 'tch'd' in concern, his hands coming up to cup his face,
"Do you need to leave? I can call Aizawa. Fuck these extras, I'll sort out anyone too nosey."

The greenette forced a smile on his face,
"Thanks, Kacchan but I'm fine. I can't leave class right now." Releasing the smaller boys face he bent slightly so their eyes met,
"You are a hero with pink cheeks, going against me and four eyes. You have to capture us or the bomb within the fifteen minute time limit. I've got my fucking eye on you, nerd."

Izuku thanked him as he walked away, taking a moment to pull himself together before turning to the short girl,
"Right, let's plan."

They travelled through the metal corridors quietly, bodies tense with anticipation. The greenette struggled to keep his mind in the moment, glaring harshly at the walls as memories resurfaced in flashes.

'A small six year old boy peered through green curls as he crept through his apartment. All he wanted was some food, he hadn't eaten in days. His small heart thrummed in terror as he peered around corners.'

He shook his head violently, grey walls coming back into his vision,
'I'm not there. I'm fine.'
Katsuki jumped from around the corner, hand pulled back for an attack. Izuku's breathing hitched, for a moment, blonde hair became green. He came to enough to lunge at Uraraka, pushing her out of harm's way. He sat on the floor as the girl ran off, initiating the plan.

Green eyes glared down at him,
'No, red eyes, it's just Kacchan.' He scrambled to his feet and into a loose fighting stance, his vision flickering like an old tv set. One moment Katsuki was before him, the next it was his mother. He dodged a blast, wincing as it skimmed his arm,

'Screams rent the little apartment,
"Mummy! Please I'm sorry!" An eight year old Izuku thrashed in his mothers grip, his skinny form doing nothing against the adult as she dragged him to the stove, lighting the flames.
"Shut up! You deserve this!" She pulled his arm over the flames.'

Gasping for breath, Izuku became aware at just the right moment, grabbing Katsuki's arm, pivoting and slamming the boy into the floor. He stared down at shocked red eyes, watching as they narrowed in anger. The moment they flickered into green, horror struck him. He scrambled backwards, falling to the floor in his haste,
"I'm sorry! I'm sorry! I- I didn't mean it! I swear!"

Katsuki's brow furrowed as he watched his boyfriend.
'Something's wrong. Fuck, what do I do?'
He stepped forwards carefully, reaching a hand out.
"Oi, nerd, it's just me yeah?" The cowering boy didn't seem to hear him, flinching away as he moved closer, smacking his head into the wall. The blonde crouched, pulling his hands back.
'Panic attack? Flashback? Voice? What's going on?'

He knew what to do for a panic attack, he had them regularly, but this was new territory. A crackle in his ear made him jump, a booming voice nearly deafening him.
"Bakugou, what's happening down there?"

Ignoring the voice for now, he shuffled closer, trying to hear what the greenette was muttering. As soon as he moved Izuku curled into himself, screaming bloody murder,
"NO! NO DON'T! I'M SORRY, I'M SORRY PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!"
This time it was Katsuki who scrambled backwards, his hand reaching up to his ear, voice shakey,
"Call Aizawa, NOW!"
