He was trapped again but he couldn't find that shred of control like he had before, he was stuck in his own mind while whatever that voice was controlled him! He watched as the imposter readied himself for the day, adding more lines to his collection.
'STOP! please!'
It was like he was banging against an invisible wall, no matter how hard he tried, he couldn't escape.
His body moved to class, ignoring his friends and sitting in his seat.
'I need to stop this! Let me out!'
He fought like he never had before, slamming his nonexistent hands against the invisible wall like a feral animal. His body flinched.
'That did something!' He renewed his attack, feeling the wall give with every blow.
'LET.....ME.....OUT!'
With a silent shatter, Izuku was suddenly thrown into the front of his body, paying no heed to the weird looks his classmates gave him, he sobbed, breathing in big gulps of air.
------
Aizawa knew something wasn't right as soon as the boy walked into his class. He couldn't quite put his finger on it. He kept an eye on him as the class progressed, his suspicions deepening when it seemed like the boy wasn't paying attention.
'Did he just flinch?'
He was moving as soon as the first sob left the boys body.
"Midoriya, come with me." They moved to the staff room, thankfully it was devoid of people as they sat on opposite sofas.
"You want to tell me what is going on?" His concern doubled as Izuku cried harder.
"I don't know what's going on! It took over! I'm sorry!" Shouta pulled his favourite students hands from his face, rubbing his thumbs soothingly over the back of his hands.
"Izuku, you need to tell me what is going on. What took over?"
------
The voice was blessedly silent. This was his chance!
"I-I've had this voice in my head for as long as I can remember. I-it would insult me and-and tell me to keep quiet about what w-was happening." His gaze flitted up from their joined hands to his teachers face. "It wouldn't shut up yesterday, saying that I-I needed to punish myself for mum being put in prison."
A lump rose in his throat. He was worried about his teachers reaction.
'Will he kick me off the course?'
"Keep going. You can tell me anything, don't worry."
Reassured, Izuku continued.
"It kept going on and on, t-then suddenly I c-couldn't control my body, it was like I could see what I was doing b-but I was t-trapped in my own h-head."
------
Aizawa had heard something like this before.
'I should have kept a better eye on him!'
Taking a steadying breath, he asked,
"What did it do? You can tell me anything." The problem child just shook his head, pulling his hands away.
------
'I have to hurry up.' He could feel it pushing, wanting control again. Quickly he rolled up his sleeve, unwinding the bandages with shaking hands.
"I couldn't stop it."
Aizawa swallowed harshly, his students arm was a mess of cuts. 'This is worse than I thought.' Gently he pulled the arm towards him, scanning over the damage. About twenty horizontal cuts lay there.
"Like what you see?" Aizawa's head flew up as Izuku's arm was pulled out of his reach. The boys face held a smirk. 'That was what was wrong this morning! Its Izuku's face, but not Izuku.'
"Who are you?"
The boy leant back cockily, leaning his arms on the back of the sofa,
"My name is Batsu. Pleasure to finally meet you."
