Chapter 11

They ran as fast they could and headed straight for home.

As they arrived, everything seemed to be normal, nobody was hurt instead, they were just having fun.

"Guys, where is Lottie? "

"Uhm, she went out a while ago, she said she would be back in a few minutes " Rufus replied.

"Anything the problem? "

"We need to find her, she called and....

Interrupted by the sound of the door as it flew open.

"Guys you need to try this, it's so good" Lottie said.

She turned to look at Charlotte and chase.

"What happened to you two, you look like you just saw a ghost "

"Lottie" Charlotte went to hug Lottie.

"I'm so glad you're okay "

Lottie didn't seem to understand what she meant.

"Lottie, what happened to you anyway? " chase asked.

"Nothing happened to me "

"But you said you were dying!!!"
Charlotte said.

"Yeah, the spaghetti is amazing, you've got to try it " Lottie said in an excited manner.

Chase and Charlotte were both surprised and they exchanged glances.

Chase chuckled and said in a confused manner.

"wait, wait hold on, so... I ran like crazy, thinking you were dying, I ran to the extent that I almost died, just to taste some spaghetti? ".

He raised an eyebrow expecting Lottie to give him a better reason for calling them.

Lottie nodded positively slowly and Charlotte backed away from her.

"That's wrong Lottie, you scared us!!! " Charlotte exclaimed.

"No this is crazy, do you know what I gave up just to be here, I was having a great time out there with someone very special and you made me give it up for spaghetti??!! "

Chase sounded annoyed.

He let out a scoff. He shakes his head and walked out in annoyance. Charlotte followed.

"Sooo no spaghetti??? " Lottie asked as she raises the bag in the air shaking it.

Rufus and the others just ignored the crazy scenes that just took place.

Lottie was sad because she really wanted to share the spaghetti with them.

They do have the best spaghetti in Italy.

Chase marched out angrily and Charlotte ran out to catch up with him.

Chase marched down the street and Charlotte just couldn't keep up anymore.

"Chase wait"

She gasps to catch her breath and continued.

"I just ran like crazy and my legs are killing me, can you please just wait "

Chase turned back and stared at Charlotte. She noticed that chase was more than angry, he was furious.

He stared at her with his deep blue eyes looking like a sad puppy .

"No, don't gimme that face, I want the happy chase "

He didn't smile but just stared at her.

"Uhm okay, this is awkward, still not smiling okay"
