I don't know what's going on with me but I'm feeling butterflies in my stomach. Heejin's hand were holding mine and caressing the back of it using her thumb is enough to make my heartbeat faster.
We reached the park and I let go of Heejin's hand to put down Jinjin. She then run around the park and play with other kids.
I look at Heejin who's smiling while watching her daughter play around. I'm willing to pay just to see that smile everyday. She then shuddered so I take off my coat and put it on her shoulders.
"Hyun you don't have to" she looks at me
"I don't have to but I want to Heejin and besides I'm not that cold" I said and she mumbled a thank you
"Can we hangout again next time Heejin?" I look at the snow on the ground
"Of course Hyunjin" a smile made its way to my lips when she said that

It's been months since Heejin and I started hanging out. It's either once or twice a week because she have a lot of work to do and whenever she has to go out of town I'll babysit Jinjin. I celebrated my Christmas and New Year with them but I can't say that we're dating because we're not, just a close friend I guess? but I want us to be more than that
Right now I have her in my arms, we're cuddling on the couch while watching Naruto. I really wanted to complain but she would pout at me and make my heart beats faster again.
"Hee-----" the door burst open and our friends enter the house with a shit eating grin. Heejin and I quickly move away from each other but it was too late they already saw everything and now teasing us.
The kids enter the house too and Jinjin quickly run to her friends. They all look at us with a teasing grin and I can feel my cheeks heating up. Why do they have to see us in that position?
Jinsoul sat beside me and put her arm around my shoulders while Sooyoung, Jiwoo and Jungeun sat across us.
"So you two are dating now?" she asked with a teasing tone
"No" I answered
"You're still denying it even though we already caught you two" Sooyoung said making me look at her
"Look I'm telling the truth we're really not dating... but I wish we were" I said but whispered the last part
"She's telling the truth you guys know who I love" Heejin said and my heart just breaks. I went silent and I think they noticed it and changed the subject.
"You good?" Jinsoul whispered to me
"Yeah" I answered shortly and just stare blankly at the anime playing on the screen of the TV
I need to respect that... It's her wife anyways and we're not in a relationship I don't have the right to complain or to get hurt but it hurts as hell... I just thought in those months we're together she has a feelings for me but I guess I'm mistaken
My chest feels so heavy and my eyes are getting watery. Maybe dad is right... He found out that I'm always hanging out with a woman who has a kid already and told me to stay away from her and just go back to Busan and work at his hospital but I was stubborn and didn't obey him. Now I'm stuck with this friend zone
