Lee Hyunjin's POV
"Let's hang out again, Hyunjin-ah!" I smiled at my new found friends
"Sure!" they wave their hands at me as they enter their car and Yerim walks towards me
"Uh... Unnie can I hug you? Even just for a second" she look down. I just found out earlier that Hyejoo and her is Hyunjin-ssi's sisters.
"Of course Yerim-ah you don't even need to ask" I open my arms for her and she smiles. She hugs me and I hug her back. I rub her back and pat it several times.
"You miss your sister don't you?" she nodded and I just keep rubbing her back
"I miss her so much... Maybe if she didn't gave her heart to me she will still be here" she said
"Ya Yerim-ah don't say that. It's not your fault" her shoulders began shaking as I feel my borrowed shirt from Jinsoul getting wet.
"Stop crying I didn't know the whole thing but I'm sure your sister just want you to happy. I'm sure she's watching you from above" her sobs gets louder
"It's all my fault... It's because I'm weak... It's my fault" I tighten my arms around her and shake my head
"You didn't choose to be weak right? Please stop crying" I feel a tug in my chest when she started crying and blaming herself
I peel myself off of her and wipe her tears. I feel so sad like I want to cry too. Jinsoulie told me the story and I feel like crying when I heard all of it. Like it's so sad
"Don't cry" I whispered and smile at her
"Why do you look so much like her?" she held my face
"Even her canines" she said as she stare at my teeth
"Where's mommy?" I saw Yejin woke up from her slumber and got down from Yeojin's back
"Mommy" she walks towards us
"Mommy let's go----- why are you crying???" Yejin look at me and furrowed her eyebrows
"You make my mommy cry????" she asks and Yerim quickly shook her head
"No no baby mommy just remembered my big sister, your Jinjin-unnie's mother" she said softly
"Oh... Sorry" Yejin bow at me and I ruffled her hair
"It's okay" I said and Yerim look at me
"Thank you unnie" she hugs me again
"We're going now" she broke the hug
"Take care"
"Take care too" I nodded and cross the road. I look back at Heejin who's waving at them and the side of my lips curled into a smile.
I turn around and press the passcode in. I twisted the knob and open the door.
Why is it so loud? Is Jisung losing his shit over a video game again?
I shook my head as I take off my shoes and put it aside. I walk to the living room and saw the source of the noises.
"Minyoung-ah!" what the actual fuck
"Why are you guys here?" it's always a mess everytime they come over
"You guys stay at US for about two years and of course we miss the four of you!" Felix said
I fake gagged and sat on the couch.
"Minyoung-ah want some?" Chan asked as he offered me cookies
"The fuck bro stop calling me that" I accept the cookies and put a piece in my mouth
"Wae??? It's your real name though" Minho said
"It's Hyunjin not Minyoung" I'm not really used to it when someone calls me by my birth name. Lee Minyoung is the name that my father and mother gave me when I came to the world but my adoptive parents changed it to Hyunjin and I got used to it.
Dad's hospital went bankrupt when I was five and we barely survive a day that time so they brought me and Minho to an orphanage. A rich couple visited the orphanage and they saw me playing with my brother. They approached me and I didn't know that they will take me with them.
Minho cried so hard that time but now he wants to kick me out of the house. Mommy and daddy brought me to Sydney and I grew up there. They died in a car accident ten years ago and my real parents found me. They bring me back to Busan and I got reunited with my stupid brother.
