Lee Hyunjin's POV
I exited the operating room with Soojin following behind me. It's 4PM and the operation we did was 5 hours long. My arms and legs are tired and all I want is to go home to sleep or come over Heejin's.
"We're allowed to go now, right?" I lazily nodded at my cousin as we both entered the changing room. We both change back to our clothes and went to the parking lot.
We both got in her car and she started driving right away. She's driving faster than usual looks like she's really tired just like me.
Usually the ride from the hospital to our house is 45 minutes long but now it was just 20 minutes due to Soojin's speed. We got out of the vehicle and I look at her
"Soojin-ah" I called her
"Can you bring this to my room?" she lazily nodded and take my bag from me
"Thanks Soo" I thanked her and walk across the street to Heejin's house. I press in the passcode and the door opened.
"Eomma!" Jinjin runs to me while holding her pencil. I open my arms for her with a wide smile on my face. She hugs me and I feel my tiredness lessen
"Mommy! Mommy Minyoung is here!" she shouted and I saw Heejin coming from the kitchen, wearing a pink bunny themed apron
"You just got off work?" I nodded, she lean in and peck my cheeks
"Go get some rest, you must be tired" we walk to the living room and Jinjin go back to studying while I lay on the couch. I let out a sigh as my muscles relaxes
"Just lay there, okay? I'll finish what I'm cooking" I nodded and Heejin left.
I feel my eyes getting heavy and before I knew it, I already fell asleep

I woke up and glance at my wrist watch. It's 8PM already. I slowly got up and my eyes wander around the house trying to find Heejin and Jinjin but I see no one.
Jinjin is probably in her room upstairs but where is Heejin? I stretch my arms and legs as I yawn. I'm still tired and sleepy. I got up and my face fell when I saw two people outside the house talking to each other.
There is the persone I'm looking for... talking to her fucking ex while laughing. I'm sure that I am now glaring at him as I ball my hands into a fist.
I just don't like her talking to someone else while laughing like that. I always find her smile and laugh adorable but when she do that because of other person it gets annoying.
That fucking guy named Hansol suddenly look at my direction and I can see his eyes widened as he gulps. He suddenly turns pale as he sweats. I never met him personally, I just saw him for few times but he often contacts Heejin.
He suddenly left, leaving Heejin in confusion until she turns around and see me through the window. She walks towards the front door while I grab my coat and straighten my clothes.
The door opens and she got in
"Babe"
"I'm going now" I said coldly and wear my coat
"But I cooked something for you" she looks at me with her puppy eyes but that shit won't work this time. I'm super tired and her talking to that guy is the very first thing I saw after waking up, I'm really not in the mood right now.
"I'm going" I walk past her and go home.
