Mine (Bakugo x Reader)

Chapter 5

A few days had passed since my last time in the nurse and all the girls were so helpful, they always checked up on me and made sure I ate. Even over just a few days, they helped me improve my state by a lot.

Today we were going to a new place to train that was created with a lot of different terrains. We had to take a bus to get there which got me excited since I had known for sure I'd never seen it before.

"Mei are you ready?" Mina yelled back to me who was still changing since I slept in and was late getting here. The rest of the girls were lined up to go out.

"Go on out, I'll be there in a few minutes." They went out and I finished getting changed and opened the door that leads to the bus. Once I got on the bus there was already yelling from every side. I looked around for a seat but there was only one seat available which was next to Bakugo. 

"Do you mind if I sit next to you?" I asked as I reached him.

"Whatever." He just looked out the window. I took that as a yes and sat down making sure that I was far enough away from him so I wouldn't accidentally touch him. I let out a yawn as I pulled out my phone and earbuds to listen to music since it was a long drive. 

For a while the drive was smooth and there wasn't much commotion until the bus took a sharp turn and I went flying off my seat since I was sitting on the edge. My head landed in Shoto's lap which everyone saw and started to make some stupid love jokes. 

"I'm sorry." I whispered with a huge blush on my face from the embarrassment.   

"Move over more you dumbass." Bakugo growled as I came back to my seat. I thought I got too close to him so I moved more into the aisle but he just let out a loud sigh at that. "Not that way you idiot." He then lightly grabbed my arm and pulled me over to be closer to him and so I was completely on the seat. If I didn't already have a blush I definitely do now. 

"Thanks." I muttered. 

Some more time passed and I started to get even more tired and my head started to drop to the left which is where Bakugo was. Each time that happened I quickly raised my head straight to make sure I didn't touch him. I then noticed his hand move to my head with my half-opened eyes. I felt him lean my head onto his shoulder so I could rest.

"Don't say anything Kirishima. She's just tired." I heard him growl. I then fell asleep on his hard shoulder. 

I felt a strong arm shaking me as I slowly opened my eyes with a loud groan.

"Mei, get up." A soft yet strong voice whispered. Once my eyes adjusted to the light I saw Bakugo stiff as I was still on him. I jolted up and apologized to him.

"I'm sorry I just didn't get much sleep last night. I didn't mean to use you as a pillow." 

"Don't worry about it." He muttered as he turned his head back to the window. "Oh and we're about five minutes away." He added.

"Thanks." I gave him a small smile which he couldn't see.
