Mine (Bakugo x Reader)

Chapter 7

Bakugo and I started to head out of the disaster area we were in to see if anyone else was in danger. Well, that was why I was going, Bakugo was going to get the boss and attack him probably. 

"Where do you think you're going, little missy?" Another villain came up to us. I quickly blew him away and Bakugo exploded him. 

"Good going Katsuki." I smiled through the shooting pain in my neck.

"Do you want to sit down for a minute? You should get as many breaks as you can." 

"I'm fine don't worry about it."

We ran into a few more villains while we were returning to the entrance but none of them were a big deal and we easily defeated them. We finally made it so we could see the exit. I stopped dead in my tracks so Bakugo turned around to what was wrong. My eyes started to fill with tears at the sight in front of me.

"Mei, what's wrong?" All I could do was the point. Point at my dad who was covered in blood and being crushed by a giant creature. "it's okay Mei he's a pro." He tried to reassure me but so many tears were coming out of my eyes. 

Through the tears, I could see the pain he was in and I couldn't stop myself. I started running. Running through my pain and tears to my dad. My dad always won and protected the people he cared about. 

"Stop it! Get off of him!" I screamed starting to activate my quirk. 

"Mei stop!" I heard my dad yell back at me. 

"Well, I guess before we leave I can kill at least one student." The hand man said plainly. 

The villain ran at me and I ran with a tornado in my hand ready to strike. I could hear screams all around me but all I could focus on was saving my dad. Before I could attack he touched my face but he just sat there for a second which caught me off guard.

"Damn. You used your quirk one last time Eraser Head." I saw my dad struggling with tears in his eyes but still using his quirk.  

I then saw out of the corner of my eye, Deku coming and punching the hand man away from me. I started to fall from my pain but I was able to catch myself before I landed. 

"Mei! How could you be so stupid? You just about died!" An angry Bakugo started to scream at me while Deku was fighting in the back. 

"I know but we need to help." I started to move but fell. 

"You aren't moving from this spot. If you do I swear I will kill you."

There was a crash by the entrance that made everyone turn. All Might came through right in time. 

"All Might." I smiled as I wiped some of my tears away. 

"See, now you don't have to worry Mei."

"It is fine now. I am here!" A terrifying voice boomed through the air. I had never seen All Might like that before. 

Once I heard that I closed my eyes praying for All Might to save us. And apparently, I did so for too long that I passed out again.
