Unknown's POV:

"Shit," I hissed as I stuck the tip of my finger in my mouth, shaking my hand from a zap from my web shooters. I put the screwdriver in the small crook of the web shooters and  got the back of it off, replacing the old empty web fluid with the new case of fluid and I slipped the web shooter on my wrist. I shot a web at my wall, meaning they worked again. "Awesome," I say as I put them down and put them back in my drawer.

I felt my sense go off so I turned around to see Gwen land on my bed in her suit. She sat cris crossed on my bed. "Hey Stacy," I say as I put my stuff down, walking over to hug her since I haven't seen her in a while.

"Hey Ken," she says as her eyes turn into semicircles, meaning she was smiling as she took her mask off. "I need a favor from you,"

"What did you break now?" Whenever Gwen comes over it's either for me to fix something or she wanted to just hang out, but as soon as I asked the question I saw her face slightly drop and she sighed. I tilted my head at her, sitting down next to her. "What's up? You look like a slightly kicked puppy,"

"I need for my friend to stay over here in your house for a little while until I sort some things out,"

"What gender?"

"Male,"

"Hell no," I say as I look at her like she's crazy. "I can't let some random ass dude in my house, whether he's your friend or not,"

"He's my boyfriend, McKenzie," Gwen says, looking at me like I just offended her in every language. "And he's not a random guy. He's like us,"

"You mean, he's a," I imitate shooting a web and Gwen nods.

"There's some villain that's learned the technology of dimension hoppers, and they know of our universes, so he wouldn't be safe in any of ours. We think this person, calls themself the Tinkerer, is only limited to a certain amount of universes because they don't understand the whole technology of them," Gwen takes a sharp inhale. "And his mother recently got in the crossfire of an attack on him. She's dead and he needs some space away from everything,"

I slowly nod as she talks, taking it all in. Judging by her facial expressions, it was obvious she really cared about him and that he needed this. To be somewhere safe, where I could possibly protect him if needed.

I sigh. "You really care about this guy, huh?"

"Yeah, I do," Gwen says, smiling a little.

I groan, not liking the idea of having a guy in my room, let alone, Gwen's boyfriend, in my house. But this is for her, and if he needs it, I'll do it. Gwen grins, knowing I gave in.

"You're the best," she says and I throw my pillow at her to mess with her.

"I know right,"

"Fuck you," she says, rolling her eyes dramatically.

"You wish,"

"McKenzie!" she squeals as I laugh. This was going to be one hell of a time.
