surprise! we've reached the last chapter and merry christmas to each and every one you thats celebrating :)

a few weeks have passed and before any of them could realize how fast time flies, they've already reached the last day of midterms
the school bell rang 3 times and said that's enough of school for today, pack your shit and get home
every student rejoiced and screamed out in pure happiness as they stepped a foot outside of their classrooms. while the teachers are going to be busy having an evaluation for the next 5 hours or so, the students busied themselves with celebrating.
they celebrate either by hanging out with a friend or few or by going home quickly as possible so they can coop themselves inside their rooms for the rest of the day,
now our characters are no different, the 3 girls and 5 boys originally had plans with their other 2 friends a.k.a. the oldest and the youngest. yes, originally
2 people— well, actually only one of the two because the other didn't know they had otherplans apart from the group,
and of course being the great friends they are, they let those 2 people be and continued with their original plan to crash in jaemin's place as a certain moomin enthusiast begged them to watch a movie together and the title of said movie is 'freaky handshake' which was said to be super freaky and comedic
the two people could care less about missing on a movie as they can watch it on their own and at first, said people had trouble on what to do as one person who earlier claimed that they had other plans— didn't exactly have a plan
call him dumb or whatever but he's still cuter than you
after a few minutes of fighting, the two teenagers decided to just visit the park first then think of something later. oh wait, i've been talking about these 2 people but i'm sure you don't even have a clue who they are
but if you do, pretend you don't, thanks.
so these 2 people are none other than—
"jaein, here"
wow, i can't believe i got cut off but anyway—
the said girl turned her head towards the direction of the voice and instantly saw a popsicle being held out for her, her eyes trailed upwards to meet his eyes and smiled right away at seeing his usual bright smile on his face
she took the popsicle and thanked him before letting herself enjoy the iced delight as the tan male only hummed and raised the other popsicle in his hand to his mouth before walking towards the other swings' seat beside her and sat on it
the park wasn't crowded as it's still early in the afternoon and that made their comfortable silence to be filled by the sounds of the leaves scattering around on the grass, gentle winds flowing by, and a few vehicle's engines roaring in the distance
