Your POV
"Y/N, are you sure this is a good idea?" my cousin Jisu asks me with her brows furrowed.
"No, it's a great idea!" I tell her as I hold my dress between myself and the mirror.
"Look, we all know you really want to see Joochan again, after all, you've only seen him once which is when you first met, but do you really think that going to Kim Jibeom's birthday party just to meet him is a great idea?!" Jisu asks me with a look on her face that's saying I'm crazy.
I just raise my brows at her as I carry my dress on my right arm. "Yeah."
Jisu groans, then turns to my bestfriend Yeji who's sitting at my desk, scrolling though her phone. "Yeji, tell her she's making a HUGE mistake."
I turn to Yeji with my brows still raised and she looks up from jer phone, her gaze traveling from Jisu to me. A wide smile then forms on her face as she speaks to me. "That's a wonderful idea! (A/N: Undertale anyone?)
A wide smile forms on my face as I turn to Jisu who looks at Yeji with an annoyed look. "Yah! Were you actually even listening to our conversation?!"
"Of course, I was!" Yeji tells her as she walks over to us and places her hand on my shoulder as she looks at me encouragingly. "It's a great idea, Y/N! You should do it! You never know when you'll see Joochan again. This could be your only chance!"
"See?" I tell Jisu as I turn to her, that wide smile still on my face.
She gives me a disapproving look before walking away. "Whatever! Suit yourself! But don't even expect me to help-"
"Of course, we're helping her!" Yeji says as she suddenly places her arm around Jisu's neck, keeping her from leaving.
"Yah! You're gonna strangle me!" Jisu shouts at her and Yeji and I laugh as Yeji finally lets go of her and Jisu turns back to me with her arms folded and a frown on her face.
"Aish! You guys are so annoying!" she tells us with her hand on her forehead.
"We know," Yeji and I tell her at the same time and Jisu shouts at us annoyingly.
"Yaish! Whatever, just tell me what I have to do so we can get this over with."
I laugh again before telling her and Yeji the plan. I'm actually surprised she's still willing to help, but I guess that's because she's my cousin and we've always grown up together all these years.
About the situation at hand, though, Joochan is just someone I met recently on my way to the company yesterday. How I knew his name, I saw it on an I.D. he was wearing when I first saw him. Turns out he works for Heaven's Cloth Fabrics, one of the two best fabric developers in the country. Meanwhile, my mom owns the other one of the two best fabric developing companies in the country, SilverLining Fabrics. Heaven's Cloth and SilverLining have always been rivalling companies, and Kim Jibeom is the son of the CEO of Heaven's Cloth... which explains why Jisu is completely against me going to his birthday party just to see Joochan. I mean, I know even mom would be completely against this, as well. In fact, she might even kill me before they do. Which is why me and the girls are devising a plan.
"Wait, WHAT?!" Jisu bursts and Yeji and I step back as our ears start ringing.
"Ow," Yeji complains as she presses her palm against her ear.
"Well, that was unexpected," I say as I shake my head, trying to get rid of the ringing in my ears.
"How else were you expecting me to react then? You know I could never lie to Auntie," Jisu tells me.
