February 2015

Bo groaned as she felt her body being shaken and when her first thought was remembering that she was at the lodge, her brain immediately thought back to when Sam woke her up to tell her about the prank. Shaking that thought from her mind, Bo blinked her eyes open slowly as she focused on whoever was talking.

"─o, come on, wake up. Bo!"

"Shut the fuck up, Chris." Bo grumbled as she sat up with his help. "You're making my head pound more."

She touched the back of her head, where it hurt the most. What had happened? She remembered the ouija board, and Josh getting upset. She went after him... but did she catch up?

Bo couldn't remember.

"Fuck." She hissed, pulling her hand back and seeing blood. "What's going on?"

Chris helped her to her feet as she started to shiver. They were outside. Why were they outside? Bo groaned as she touched her forehead instead of the back of her head again.

"Ashley and I were trying to figure out what the proof in the library was, found some stuff," Bo nodded as he let her pull out of his grasp to stand on her own, "and before I know it, some freak in a mask is knocking us out. I woke up and Ashley was gone. I've tried following the trail and it led here, where I found you."

Bo blinked. Mask? Did she see a masked figure? Was that who knocked her out? Did they get to Josh and then her before moving on to Chris and Ashley?

"Come on, let's check in the shed." Chris gestured for her to follow him inside, where he was shining the light from the flashlight she could see in his hand.

Her stomach churned. Fuck.

"Do we have to?" Bo mumbled, trying to ignore the pounding in her head as she followed Chris to the open door.

"We have to find Ashley."

And Josh. Bo thought. She hated that she couldn't remember what happened right before she got knocked out. But she just really hated this damn shed.

Chris called out for Ashley.

Bo reluctantly trailed behind him, trying to not aggravate her headwound more. She could faintly hear crying, which she figured was what Chris was trying to find ─ hoping it was Ashley and that it meant she was alright.

A cage fell from the ceiling, causing Bo to jump behind Chris as he ducked out of the way.

Fuck, this was why she hated this shed. It was full of so much creepy shit.

"..Chris..." Ashley's voice carried through the shed.

Oh, why did she have to be in here?

Bo shivered again, wrapping her arms around her waist lowly as Chris called out to Ashley in reply. How long had she been laying in the snow outside? The back of her clothes were damp, so it had to have been a few minutes at minimum. Right?
