Sasha's P. O. V.
The 6 of us had already left for school. Noah, Audrey and I had gone in Noah's car, and the rest in Cole's.
When we got in the car, Noah rushed back into the cafe to get something he's forgotten, leaving me alone with Rey.
I looked at her smile out of the window. "It's good to see you so happy, Rey," I whispered.
She turned and looked at me, her eyes bright. "It feels....good. everyone deserves to be this happy. You too, Sash."
So far, I was having a really good time. That's when I realised something.
Whenever you have special moments, it's the people you share the moments with who make them special. Never regret something that makes you smile. Always-
"Hey, Sasha. I hear you're going with Alex, am I right?" Noah interrupts. He was back.
"Uh, yeah."
He smirks. "His jaw's gonna drop open I'm sure."
What?
Audrey laughed and agreed.
That's when I remembered: Ava hadn't told us who was her date yet.
"Guys, do we know who's Ava's date?"
"Uhhh....I don't think so.....she never told us."
I looked out from the window.

I smiled when I saw Ava's mouth hanging open, and Trish's nose scrunched up with her mouth pulled into a bunny smile.
I turned around to look at Audrey, but she was already looking at me. She smiled, a true smile, and something about it made my eyes sting with tears.
I was happy right now. In the real sense. And I'd give everything to be stuck in this moment forever.
I guess it showed in my smile, because Ava nodded her head, like she understood and felt the same.
As we walked in, I made a pact with myself. No matter what, I won't ruin this night. I'll enjoy it as much as I could, and for once, I'd live.
All of us jumped when we heard someone behind us.
"Well well well......look who's here."
The voice sent a shiver of excitement through me. Was it-
"Liam!" Ava squealed and rushed towards him.
Her date. Noah's best friend.
Why am I not surprised?
Liam smiled at her and tucked a strand of her hair behind her ear. "You look beautiful Ava."
And then Ava did the last thing I ever imagined her doing. She giggled and blushed.
I swear my eyebrows almost disappeared in my forehead.
Ava pulled herself together. "Not too bad yourself, mister." He smiled.
"Now.....to the most important thing tonight....." Ava said.
I held my breath. Did it have something to-
