I cannot believe I kissed him! He is a stranger, but it was the most comfortable I have been around another person in a long time. I lay my head back against the door, still reeling from the kiss. I practically skip to my room, the smile caused by Dean never leaving my face. I have never felt like this before, like everything in the world is okay- I am on cloud nine. Humming I sit my bag from the pharmacy and my phone on the bed and search my dresser for a pair of pjs and grab a towel, heading to the bathroom. I take a quick shower and wash my face, throwing my hair in a messy bun. Hanging my towel, I start for my room when my stomach grumbles- loudly. I realize I have not eaten since breakfast, I head to the kitchen, opening the freezer I pull out a frozen meal, follow the instructions and put it in the microwave. I lean up against the counter and Otis jumps on it nuzzling into me.

"Hi boy." I coo, petting his head. I reach up with my other hand feel my bottom lip, still feeling his lips on mine. He is a good kisser. Really good. I think. The beeping of the microwave interrupts my reminiscing, and I pull the plastic tray out careful not to burn myself. I grab a fork and sit at the table, shoveling the food into my mouth, too hungry to care that it is burning my tongue. I finish quickly, throwing the tray away and grabbing a bottle of water out of the refrigerator. Turning out the kitchen light I go back to my room, grabbing the bag and tearing it open, the small bottle rolls out onto my palm. Sertraline 25mgs take one tablet once a day the bottle reads. I open the bottle and pull out the oval blue pill, staring at it. The last time I took any type of medication was when I tried to kill myself. This is not like that. I think, my palms get sweaty, my breathing uneven and my heart racing as the anxiety kicks in. I take several deep breaths and close my eyes, setting the pill on my tongue and chasing it with water. I sit on the bed, trying to get control of my feelings. I let my mind wander to Dean and my night with him and I calm down. I settle into the bed, pulling the blanket over me as Otis comes in and lays in his usual spot by my feet. My phone chimes and I pick it up from next to me, it is a message from Aviva.

'I hope you enjoyed your night. I want details when I see you on Monday.' It reads and I place my phone on the charger, laying my head back down on the pillow. My eyes lose the fight, a drowsy feeling falling over me, and I drift into a peaceful dreamless sleep. The first one in years.

I watch from the shadow of the trees as Dean and the human girl kiss, and it takes everything in me not to kill him where he stands. I would like nothing more than to watch him suffer as I have- but I must be patient, my time will come, and I will take back what is mine. He goes back to his car, dragging the human with him. She is his mate; she must be. Dean would not be in a relationship knowing that at any minute he could find her. A human as a Luna?! A low growl rips through me as his car disappear down the street.

"Tyler," a voice calls out from behind me, and I do not have to turn to know who it is. I turn and face Brian, another rogue and my right hand for all intents and purposes. He is not alone though; he is accompanied by a wolf I know all too well.

"Adam." I sneer viciously, walking towards him, "A little far from home, aren't you? Or does my brother just have the Council Members running amuck in my absence?"

"He was kicked out of the pack." Brian says standing by my side as we take in the sorry excuse in front of us. He looks as though he has been crying, his brown eyes puffy, his face pale. Pathetic.

"So, what do you want from us?" I ask him, lengthening the claws on my hand.

"Protection Tyler-." He starts and Brian lets out a hiss causing the old man's knees to buckle.

"It is Alpha to you! Just because his brother kicked him out does not mean you will not show respect." Brian roars and I place my hand on his shoulder holding him back from ripping Adam apart.

"Do not worry Brain, he will learn." I tell him, using my speed and pushing Adam up against a tree, a deafening crack fills the air as his head meets the trunk. He cries out in pain, my hand on his throat, nails sinking in. "I am going to take back my pack and kill my brother and anyone else who stands in my way." Blood spills from in between my fingers and Adam winces in pain, "And you will help me."

"Of course, Alpha but the pack has grown since your exile, how will you take him on?" Adam asks hoarsely and I take my hand off his throat, the wound healing instantly.

"You do not have to worry about that." I tell him, the sound of running paws coming in our direction, "I have it covered." I turn to Brian, "Did you get it?"

"Yes," He says digging into his pocket and pulling out a glass bottle and a syringe, the good doctor took some... persuading but in the end, he was happy to help our cause." Brian says menacingly, handing me the bottle. Monopropoline. Great for hiding the scent of me and my rogues. I slide the syringe into the top of the bottle lifting the plunger as the crimson-colored liquid is pulled into it. I place the bottle in my pocket and walk over to Adam, stabbing him in the neck pumping the drug into his system. He screams a blood curdling scream, falling to the ground writhing in pain. "Do not fight it. It will be over soon." I stand over him, looking up as several pairs of yellow eyes erupt from the darkness. "We have a new member." I tell them, "Adam here is going to be really helpful to our cause. Isn't that right Adam?" I ask crouching down next to him as his shaking and screams subside. Adam sits up breathing heavily, his eyes turning a bright yellow before back to his natural brown.

"Yes alpha." He says, standing up.

"Good I need you to tell me everything about the pack, what my brother has been up too and what his defenses are like." I tell him walking deeper into the forest, my body shaking as I prepare to shift. My clothes rip apart and the Monopropoline rolls onto the ground, I hold it in my mouth as we take off run.

'He has people following you alpha, watching your every move.' Adam says through the link, it is staticky and hard to hear because we are not a traditional pack, but it gets the job done.

'I know that, that is why once I got to Detroit, I bought the drug. I figured Dean would want to keep tabs on me, but he can no longer do that if there is not a scent for them to trace. It was easy getting out of sight of his goons.' I tell him, all I had to do was wait until I reached the bar and sneak out of the underground entrance, they made for me behind the counter. Soon brother. I will see you real soon. I think pushing my legs to run faster, the rogues on my flank. Prepare yourself Dean.
