Ink was enjoying some quiet in the Stars base. Blue and Dream had left to take a rest somewhere in the multiverse, so it was quiet for once-a welcome change. He was standing in front of a canvas with a half-painted landscape. Ink was coating his brushes, and had been smeared all over his shirt. Ink does not know what the word cleanliness meant, and quite frankly he didn’t care much for it. He felt as if it was too much work and he was always tired from patrols and fights with the Bad Sanses.

Speaking of the Bad Sanses, they had recently been relentless in their attacks of au’s. There was a reason they were all resting, they couldn’t physically or mentally handle the daily battles. Swap-being the weakest of the trio-was very injured. The couple had gone to the most positive au Dream could find so that his magic had a boost so he could fully heal his boyfriend.

Ink felt a sudden, sharp pain in his chest. He groaned at the telltale sign of an au being destroyed. He was tired and he wanted to finish the painting. He liked what he was doing and he was very aware he was going to forget what he was doing when he got home. He placed the palette on his desk and threw the brush into a cup filled with dirty water, barely managing to stop it from falling over. He picked up his large broom, barely smaller than his already tiny frame. He flung it at the wall and jumped through the formed portal.

Upon arriving at the already half destroyed au he saw Nightmare and Error standing next to each other, just talking as the other Sanses killed the au’s residents. Ink immediately sprinted over to the duo, flinging his paint onto them. Both quickly and easily dodging the attack.

“Well, well, well. Look who’s here~” Nightmare said teasingly, flinging his tentacles at him.

Ink also dodges with ease, landing in a Spiderman-like pose. He stood up, jumping when he felt a pulling sensation on his brush. He looked up and saw Horror behind him, grabbing the brush.

"Boo~" He said, swinging his ax at Ink.

Ink jumped away, managing to pull his brush away from the taller man. He used the Ink flying off his brush to create a wall behind him to try and protect himself. The second Ink left the ground Error used his strings to tie him up.

Ink struggled, managing to disintegrate a lot of the strings flying at him with his Ink. But he was tired, and the strings flying around him, now being joined by bright red knives being summoned and thrown by Cross.

Ink screamed out in pain, a knife hitting his leg. Ink fell on his ass, but no matter how much he tried he wasn’t able to put any weight on the leg. Error quickly took advantage of the situation, tying Ink up with his strings. Ink kept flinging his broom around, the paint going through the strings as he tried to struggle against the remaining ones coming to replace the broken ones.

Nightmare chuckled, using his tentacles to pull the paintbrush away from his grip. He broke it in half, Ink screaming in response, Nightmare then throwing it to the ground. Error rolled his eyes, gagging he smaller skeleton to shut him the fuck up. Nightmare walked over to Ink's flailing body, chuckling at the helplessness of the small skeleton.

"Well, well. How weak you are without your friends~" Nightmare teased, cupping the skeletons cheek.

Ink tried to lunge at him, being easily held back by the strings. Yeah, Ink had no strength, especially not upper body strength so he’s not getting out of there any time soon.

"You want to leave? You want to go home?” Nightmare said jeeringly, earning an enthusiastic nod from the artist.

“Aww, why do you think I would do that?" He laughed. “Take those strings out of his mouth Error.”

Error simply nodded, his finger twitching and strings leaving Ink’s mouth. He stuck his tongue out in the way a person does when they have a bad taste in their mouth.

"If you're going to kill me, you might as well do it now." Ink said y through gritted teeth.

"We got what we wanted. Let's go." Nightmare said.

Ink was confused by the comment made by Nightmare. Questions flooded his head about the reasoning for the au being destroyed and what their plans for him were. But his questions were cut short by Error’s strings wrapping tightly around his neck. He struggled against the strings, more desperately as the consciousness left his eyes. Ink eventually passed out and Error dropped him onto the ground, retracting his strings.

"Boss?" Error asked, approaching behind the Prince.

  "Yes?" Nightmare replied, obviously annoyed.

"Why are we kidnapping him instead of just dusting him?" Error questioned, kneeling down in front of Ink.

"Well, if we keep him around and convince him to join us, we gain a powerful member."

"Not to be rude, Boss," Killer started, "but do you seriously think we could convince the protector of aus to join our gang and destroy aus with us?"

"I have no idea, but in the meantime. We could always use a maid. You boys aren’t exactly the cleanest in the Multiverse.”

"Who knew Boss was such a pervert?" Dust said, laughing under his breath.

"Shut up Dust." Nightmare said, staring daggers into him.

"Sorry Boss." Dust said, shrinking behind him.

Nightmare used one of his tentacles to pick Ink up by his waist. He used another tentacle to stabilize the man and keep him from falling back onto the ground. Nightmare opened a portal back to the mansion, the six-well, seven-of them went through. The second he got through the portal he pushed the passed out man towards Killer and Error.

"Error, Killer, take him to one of the empty rooms." Nightmare ordered.

Both nodded, though Error groaned through his nod, crossing his arms. Killer on the other hand grabbed Ink’s limp body, carrying him bridal style. Killer and Error both looked down at the small sleeping man, blushing at how cute they thought he was.

They both quickly made their way down a hallway dropping Ink in the first empty room they found. Which was admittedly quite far down as each member of the gang owned multiple rooms within the hallway. Error quickly found his place on one of the single couches. Killer placed Ink on the bed and stripped the top layer of his clothes off, leaving only his shirt, shorts, and socks. He dumped them on the table in front of Error and left, hands stuffed in his pockets.

Error sighed, looking over at the small sleeping skeleton, again blushing. He shook his head trying to get the image of Ink out of his head. He quickly summoned some strings to pull the bedsheets over Ink. Once Ink was tucked into the bed Error used the summon strings to create small, yet intricate patterns with his hands.
