Ink agreed to meet with them, Error was the one who came and told them. He talked with Classic before, he was the only Sans that wasn't some stupid variant, so he wouldn't try to kill him. On top of that if he did anything to the original au it would affect all of them in some way or another, he couldn't kill him even if he wanted to. He knew they were in his au, he was very aware. No one would have thought Classic didn't know when to shut up, but sometimes he had just no idea how to shut his mouth.

Not a single one of the Bad Sanses was on board with Ink's decision to see Dream. They were all scared that he would hurt Ink again. But they couldn't stop him, and Ink told Nightmare that he wanted to talk to him, to tell him-if nothing else-that he never wanted to see Dream again. He still loved Swap, he was a close friend and he would love to be able to see him again. But after everything, after being loved and treated well by his lovers he only just realised how bad he was treated by him. They allowed him to go through with the meeting... as long as one of them sat with him to protect him and make sure Dream wouldn't hurt him again.

Error gritted his teeth when he saw the excited look on Dream's face and basically told him to haul ass as they wanted to have the meeting soon. By soon they meant... literally right now. Error left the room back through his portal and exited the meeting room on the other side of his portal

Swap helped Dream to his feet and they walked through Errors portal. It took them to the Bas Sanses mansion, where they saw Nightmare with Ink standing at his side. He looked tired, and anxious as he clung to his lover's arm. Nightmare greeted them and gestured for them to sit down while leading Ink to their chairs. The four of them sat across from each other, Nightmare and Ink one one side. and Dream and Swap on the other. The portal Error made closed behind them and they were stuck there for the next hour or two.

"Hey Ink." Dream said with a sympathetic, and downright pathetic smile on his face.

"Hey..." he muttered, leaning over and placing his head against Nightmare.

"How... how are you doing?" He asked.

"I'm okay. Relaxing. It's nice here."

"It, yeah. You... do you like it here?" He asked.

"Yeah, they treat me nice. Like a person, and not like a baby or like a weapon."

"Do... did I make you feel like that?" Dream asked, refusing to look him in the eyes.

"Yeah. You did. Sometimes, sometimes you made me feel kinda good. But they always make me feel good."

"Oh. I... I am so sorry Ink. I never meant to make you feel like that."

"You made me feel like shit about myself almost every day. You screamed at me when I told you about the abuse the creators put me through. You yelled at me when I wanted a break. You never gave me time to eat, or even to sleep sometimes! You shoved off all your responsibilities to me to take any breaks that you wanted and to go on breaks with Swap. Dream, you've literally padlocked me in my closet when I would cry or when I was stressed or overwhelmed because you didn't want to deal with me. I think you did mean to make me feel like that. You're just scared to lose Swap now that he knows you're horrible."

Dream's eyes watered as Ink explained all the abuse he had been put through. Swap's eyes fell wide and he looked at Dream with horror and anger, maybe even disgust. Nightmare wrapped his arm around Ink's shoulder and squeezed him closer. He carefully picked him up and pulled Ink into his lap, holding him tightly against his chest as if he needed to protect him from the world. He looked over to the door to the room, which was cracked open with the rest of the Bad Sanses standing on the other side. He could feel their anger, but gave Killer, who he could see peeking through the crack a start look that said 'don't you dare come in here'.

"They love me." Ink said, watching the tears fall from Dream's eyes.

"You don't."

Dream fell over, dropping his head onto the table as he started sobbing.

"I love them, and you scare me. I'm not going anywhere with you. Leave me alone." Ink said.

He peeled Nightmare's arms off him and stood up, but Nightmare stayed seated to properly complete their meeting. He stumbled towards the door and fell sobbing into Killer's arms. He closed the door behind Ink and picked him up, holding him tightly to his chest. They all walked away from the door and over to the couch where they all cuddled and crowded him. They pulled him close, he was in Killer's lap, Horror cuddling into his left side, Cross on his right, and Dust kneeling on the floor with his head on his lap. They all tried their best to comfort him and they held him tightly. But he cried, and cried, and cried, for hours. He basically cried himself to sleep in his lover's arms as they held him.

Ink knew that this meeting was a mistake. They all knew it was a dumb idea, and hoped that the only reason Nightmare was in there for a few more hours while they comforted Ink was to hurt and kill them. But when he did eventually leave the meeting room they knew he hadn't attacked them. There was no blood on his tentacles, most notably. Killer was the only one to notice, and he was going to have a 'talk' (a screaming match) with him later about why he didn't just kill them right there. They were right fucking there and he just couldn't manage to kill them. But in that moment, Ink was much more important than picking fights with his own lover.
