June, formerly known as Cody's brother Justin, has a new life to get used to. One where anthros like her are taking over against humans and all that they have created. She thinks that as a little husky girl living in this reformed city assisted by a rebuilt railway full of diesels and a few steam engines on their side won't ever have its downsides.

But as time grows, she can make new friends, hear tales of the steam and diesel engines at war, and even have to fight in the war she knew of, but soon never wanted to be a part of.

This is the sequel of ROTPOTA Part 1 - The Beginning of Extinction.
