Chapter 18
"Unlucky me. There's only one left tub of strawberry yogurt for me," I sighed and pressed my lips together.
A yogurt will keep me sane. I didn't think I would be crazy for a yogurt up at this moment.
Mackenzie let it all out! She made me crazy—of course, in a good way.
"Do you want to grab some few tubs?" tanong sa akin ni Mackenzie.
Agad ko namang hinalikan si Zie sa labi, cupping my hands on her cheeks. Nanggigigil ako.
Nang alisin ko ang labi ko sa kanya, she looked so flabbergasted.
"Okay, sure! I already know what that means!" Zie exclaimed and laughed.
"Did you mean getting married?" I squinted my eyes with a playful smile on my face.
She nodded, grinning. "What do you think, Kai?"
I giggled. Parang tanga kiligin. "Of course! I can't wait."
"And now wear a shirt we're going to the grocery."
"Sure! Wait for me!"
I hurriedly headed back to the bedroom and grabbed some clothes to wear. She took her purse and then we directed out of the apartment to my car.
I would take all the strawberry and leave the others in the freezers.
"I have an idea, Zie," panimula ko.
"What could it be, Kai?"
"I wanted to have my own company—my own kind of business."
She's a little surprised. "Oh, cool... and what do you have in mind? Don't you want to work in the Foyers? Maybe they still had a great position they can offer to you."
I shrugged off. "I don't think so but this type of business has been lingering in my head lately. And I look for possible outcomes for it. I believe that it could be something—a great start for me—for us."
