"Billie... what are you doing here?" Sam hesitantly asked.
The two of you stepped into the building, your eyes scanning your surroundings, but there was nobody else inside.
"I'm here for Jack, but I couldn't find him. Figured you guys would show up sooner or later to show me where he is." Billie answered and your eyes narrowed wondering why Death needed Jack.
"What do you need the kid for?" You asked.
"I gave him a spell that can summon God and it's time." Death explained, walking down the aisle towards the two of you.
"You want Chuck to die?" Sam questioned, clearly as confused as you were about this.
"Yes."
Suddenly, the door behind you opened and out the corner of your eye you spotted Father Gabriel in the now open doorway. Talk about perfect timing.
"Hey, what are you guys doing in here? Wait, who is-" Father Gabriel's voice began to ask before you cut him off.
"Get out of here." You ordered, sparing a quick glance at him before looking back at Billie, but you could still see Father Gabriel standing there out the corner of your eye. "Go!" You shouted, which seemed to do the trick as he rushed back outside and Sam slowly took a step back, closing the door behind him.
You couldn't risk anyone else coming inside right now. Not when you had the Horseman Death standing here.
"Why? Why do you want Chuck to die?" You asked, turning your attention back to Billie who didn't seem fazed by the visitor a moment ago.
"Chuck has let a lot of things slide which I don't like. So, when he dies, I can take over and everything will be better. I want things to go back to how they were meant to be." Billie explained, and now you were just shocked.
Death wanted to become the new God? Could that even happen?
"What's that suppose to mean?" Sam questioned and you could see his body suddenly tense up even more from beside you as you kept your eyes on Billie.
"Everyone back where they belong. Realities, dimensions, graves, what should be dead, dies. Angels off earth. Demons back to hell. And everything goes back to how it's meant to be."
No.
What should be dead, dies? Angels off earth?
No, you couldn't let that happen.
Your brothers had died too many times to count, you couldn't let Billie kill them for good and you couldn't let Billie take Cas from Earth. You couldn't let that happen. You won't let that happen.
You spared a quick glance at Sam, his panicked eyes locking with yours as he gave you a small nod and that was all you needed. He was ready to fight. Neither of you could let Billie become God. No matter what.
"Yeah... That's not going to happen." You responded, taking a step forward as your eyes flashed bright purple.
Before Death had a chance to do anything, you used your powers, sending a shock wave of purple power at Billie.
You watched as Death tried to block your attack with the scythe, but it was no use and a second later Billie was thrown back across the room, the scythe now lying on the floor and you knew you had to get it.
The scythe was the only thing that could kill Death... well, that you knew of anyway. That was how Dean did it all those years ago. So, it was your only chance.
Not wasting any time, you ran across the church towards the scythe, but just as you were about to reach for it you were suddenly you flown into the wall, stunning you for a moment before you realised it was Billie.
