You waited for the Saviours to leave and waited even further until Enid came to get you, just to be safe.
The Saviours had taken a lot of supplies, but they had also taken Dr Carson. The only doctor Hilltop had. The doctor who was treating Maggie. But, they didn't take anything else and they didn't find you guys either, so you figured that counted for something.
The people of Hilltop were anxious and on alert after one of their own being got and you knew a lot of them were now looking to Maggie and Glenn for guidance instead of Gregory which you loved.
By the time the sun had disappeared along the horizon, most of the community had called it night. Daryl was up on the watch platform, keeping watch and you had been sitting by the goat pen, patting the little ones before your suddenly brain clicked.
Where the hell were Rosita and Sasha? They were here earlier before the Saviours, but you hadn't seen them around since the Saviours left.
"Daryl, have you seen Sasha or Rosita anywhere?" You called out, jogging over to the watch platform.
Daryl shook his head before calling out to Kal to take his watch before he climbed down the platform.
"They ain't here?" He asked, once he reached the ground and you shrugged your shoulders.
"I haven't seen them outside, unless they're in Barrington House somewhere, I don't know." You responded and with that you and Daryl rushed towards the mansion.
You quickly opened the door and stepped inside, followed by Daryl, your eyes frantically scanning the area for your friends just as Jesus walked out of Gregorys office.
"Everything okay?" He asked, his eyebrows creasing as he stared at the two of you, noticing something was wrong.
"Where's Sasha and Rosita?" Daryl questioned and Jesus froze, his face dropping.
"They... they went after Negan."
"What?" You questioned.
"I didn't know they were leaving today, Sasha said she wasn't going yet, but I guess she did. They are going to try and take him out with a sniper from a distance, the two of them had it all planned out-" Jesus started to say before Daryl cut him off.
"Ya didn't try 'n stop 'em?" He asked angrily and Jesus quickly nodded.
"Of course I did. But, nothing I said mattered. They want Negan dead and they're not going to stop until he is." Jesus explained and you just shook your head in disbelief.
"No, this can't be happening. They can't just shoot Negan and kill him. They'll get themselves killed and... he's my dad. They can't shoot my dad." You said, shaking your head in denial. You couldn't lose your dad again, you couldn't let them shoot him.
"He ain't ya dad, Y/N." Daryl suddenly said, his voice gentle, knowing this was a sensitive topic, but that didn't make it any better. "Look, I know how much ya dad means to ya. I get it, but people are dyin', Negan needs to be stopped, so do the rest of the Saviours including ya brothers."
"So, if it came down to it, would you shoot my father and end it?" You asked, folding your arms across your chest.
Daryl didn't say anything for a moment as he glanced over at Jesus before he focused back on you.
"He ain't ya father, Y/N. And I would shoot Negan."
You just stood there with your mouth open as you stared at your boyfriend in absolute shock.
You looked over at Jesus beside you, but he was just staring at the ground not wanting to get in the middle of this before you looked back at Daryl who didn't even look sorry for what he just said.
