I thought, someone telling me that my man is cheating on me is the most painful thing I can ever felt. Pero nagkamali ako. When I asked him about the girl, he proudly say her name and that made me question myself, "Am I not enough? Am I not beautiful anymore? Am I not worthy of his love? Wait, mahal niya pa ba ko?".

Hindi siya nag-alinlangan. Hindi siya kumurap man lang. Deretsahan niyang sinabi sa akin ang tungkol sa babae niya. There, I knew, it is the most painful feeling one must have felt. The feeling that your partner doesn't love you anymore. That feeling when he chose to stay true to you kahit nagpapaka-tanga ka na wishing him to lie.

Yes, I am that to stupid. I really hoped that. Sana magsinungaling siya at isipin niyang masasaktan ako. I never knew that wishing him to lie about something like that is more acceptable than hearing and knowing the truth. Because truth hurts, and truth might break me... more than a lie can do.
