interrogations

You sit up, rubbing your temples. After throwing up last night, you've had a migraine ever since. Nothing could stop the pain. Not even sleeping. It just hurts and there's no way to make it go away. You've been up all night long, sobbing and trying to get the pain to go away. You wipe at your tears, squeezing your eyes shut as you put your head between your knees.

Then the door opens and Dabi walks in. He doesn't say anything, just grabs your arms and pulls you up. You lean onto him for support as he walks you out of your room. Instead of taking you to the bathroom, he turns the other way and takes you back downstairs. You frown. He pulls you along, obviously stronger than you so it's easy for him. He takes you into the bar where you're surrounded by more people than before. You gasp, trying to pull away but he just tugs back, sitting you down in a chair and tying you up again. But he doesn't put a gag in your mouth or cover your head with a bag. Instead, he just ties your waist and arms to the chair. You look around the room. There's four new people. One girl. A purple warped man. A lizard looking thing. And a man in a tight suit. Shigaraki is there too and so is your captor, who's name you still don't know.

You squirm, looking up at Dabi with wide eyes. He just ignores you and crosses his eyes.

"You," Shigaraki says.

What's going on? Why does he look so tense? So angry? You bite your trembling lip and try to move back, to move away from everyone but it doesn't work because Dabi puts his hand on the back of your car to keep you anchored. He shakes his head at you. A signal for you to stop.

"Dabi here tells me you won't eat." He scratches his neck. "I'm afraid that won't do."

"She's so pretty!" the girl squeals. "I just want to play with her blood!"

"Not now, Toga," Shigaraki says.

"Awh. Please? She'd look so cute with it all over her face!"

"I want her to myself!" the man in the skin tight suit says all cherry like. "No that's creepy," a deeper voice of him says.

"Knock it off you two," Dabi says coldly. "You'll scare her to death. She's already half way there."

"Why are you trying to kill yourself? Do you have ulterior motives?"

What? Ulterior motives? What is he talking about? How does that make him think you have ulterior motives? You just don't have an appetite. And last time you tried to eat you threw up, hurting your throat more.

You shake your head, staring wide-eyed at Shigaraki and Dabi. Shigaraki frowns, looking away from you and at the warp figure behind the bar. He claws at his neck. He seems to do that a lot. From the few moments you've met him he's always been clawing at his neck. Why? His neck can't be that itchy can it? What's making him so anxious that he has to scratch his neck in order to relive it?

The entire room screams damaged, revengeful people. Shigaraki and Dabi seem to radiate the most intense pain underneath those fake faces. It feels like they want the most revenge. They've been damaged the most. The most pain lies beneath them.

"Name," Shigaraki says, turning back to you.

You pause, staring at the room, your name on the tip of your tongue yet you hesitate and wait. A mistake. Truly.

"Dabi," Shigaraki says.

Dabi pulls out a blade and presses it against your neck, drawing some blood, as he tilts your chair back so your feet no longer touch the ground. He presses the knife harder and you choke.

"Y/N!" you scream. "Y/n L/n."

"Y/n," Shigaraki says, testing your name on his tongue. "Age."

"Nineteen."

"Do you have any family?" You pause, tears springing in your eyes. "Answer me!"

"No!" you cry. "They're dead."

"How'd they die?"

"Villain attack," you gasp, your chest heaving with heavy breaths, your eyes pleading with Dabi to release the pressure on the knife. But he won't even look at you.

"Do you like the heroes?"

You shake your head.

"Why?"

You shrug. Dabi presses the knife to your skin harder as you flinch. "They don't deserve it!" you say, shaking your head careful not to slice your throat more. "Please," you beg.

"Why didn't you join the villains?" he asks, getting up and walking over to you. He leans in your face, staring you down.

You shake your head again. "I was scared."

"Scared? Or are you working with the heroes?" He gets closer, taking a glass and grabbing it. You watch as it disintegrates in his hands, falling to ash down to the floor. He grabs your arm, keeping one finger up. "What are your motives. I can't have a double agent in here."

You wince, tears springing in your eyes as you shake your head, over and over, mumbling please stop. Please. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Let go. Please. Please. You don't know what he's talking about. You're not a double agent. You don't love the heroes like others. You just want him to let go. To let go of you. Please.

Dabi releases the pressure and puts you back down, shoving Shigaraki off at the same time. "I think she's done."

"I'm not," Shigaraki says.

"She's done," Dabi states. "She answered your questions."

"I have more. I want to know why she's not eating. I want to know what she can do. I want to know how strong she is. I want to know what hero she's working for! She's not done."

"She's done. Let's go." He unties you and picks you up, carrying you back to your room. You're stiff in his arms, afraid to move after he tied you up and cut your throat. But you're also shaking in his arms, curled up tightly as he carries you away.

Why? Why did he stop Shigaraki? Dabi seems like the most heartless of all of them? So why did he take you away? It doesn't make any sense.

He sets you down on the bed and wipes at the blood on your neck. He shrugs it off, sitting down in the chair. You get up and crawl down the to floor. You don't want to be on the bed. You don't want to be comfortable in here. Dabi shakes his head, the tiniest smile on his face. He drags a hand down his face, standing up, taking one last look at you, before he exits the room and locks the door.

You break down in tears, holding your neck. It wasn't that deep so you know you'll be fine but you can't help but feel Shigaraki's burning touch on your skin. You wipe at your tears, to try and get them to stop but it doesn't work. Five, six days maybe, you've been trapped. Locked away. Stolen. But you've got no way to get out. No way to escape. You're sick of lying away in pain, deteriorating day by day. You tired but you don't want to join them. You never want to hurt people but you didn't want to save them either. Neither a villain or a pro hero enticed you. Yet, here you are. In a villain's base with no way out.

What more could you want?
