A week had passed and everyone was getting ready for Christmas. During the week I went to the mall buying Christmas gifts and a birthday gift for my little sister. As I was in the mall buying gifts for everyone, I just didn't know what to buy for them. One day during the week, Kendrah, Andre, David and I all went to the mall buying gifts and helping each other out on what to buy for our friends and family. As we all were shopping Kendrah was with me and Andre was with David. As Kendrah and I were looking around, I spotted out 2 things that I thought David would like. One was a basketball hoop with a basketball and the other one was a spy video camera kit that he can use to take hidden videos of whatever he wanted. The prices really didn't matter to me because I owned it to David. He bought me so many expensive things that I had to pay him back. All together the items I was buying came up to 200 dollars. As Kendrah and I looked around more we both saw things that would be good for whoever we were going to give it to. When we finished buying all of our gifts for everyone, we put of stuff in the car and went back inside to look for David. As we were looking for them, I saw something else that I knew David would love; it was silver and very very shinny that it almost blinded me. I decided to buy it. Before I bought it, I asked the guy that was selling it if he could get the words, "Yours forever" gravened on it. He said yes, and then I gave him my address and number so he can send it to my house and then I paid for it. All together I spent about $3000 on Christmas shopping. Finally Kendrah and I found the guys, they paid for their things and we all headed home. The next day I was in for a huge shock.
The next day, after school, David, Kendrah, Andre and I were just chilling around the school when I saw Matthew. When I saw him, I ran to him, gave him a hug and a kiss on his cheek and said,
"Matt, what are you doing here still; I thought you went back to your mom's house?"
"Nah, I thought she needed me but she has a boyfriend now so I decided to say with pops for a few years and also I can be closer to my best friend."
"Oh ok. You are still going to go to your school or are you transferring?"
"Nah I'm staying in my school it isn't that far for here."
"Ok."
"Wait a minute, you go to this school?"
"Yea"
"Then you might know my new girlfriend."
"Maybe....wait a minute did you just say girlfriend?"
"Yea"
"Really, I'm so proud of you," I said as I hugged him again.
"Thanks, but I'm still trying to get over you."
"Oh. So when am I going to meet her?"
"In a few, maybe we all can hang out sometime and you can get to know her better."
"Ok sounds like a plan," I said as I called David over, "so when and where did you 2 meet?"
"I met her in the park; she was crying so I decided to comfort her."
"Awww"
"Oh hey wassup Matthew," he said as he and Matt gave each other a hand shake.
"Matthew got a new girlfriend and we are going to see her in a few," I said as I turned around and told David.
"Guys this is my girlfriend," Matthew said as David and I turned around. Suddenly David and I said, at the same time,
"BRITTANY!!!!"
"DAVID!!!!" When I saw Brittany, I remembered my dream that I had and I realized the fuzzy face was Brittany.
"You guys know her?" Matthew asked me.
