Saturday had come and it was my birthday. While I was in church all I could think about was David and how he stud me up. After the service, the family and I went home and my parents had planned a special lunch for me. After sunset, my parents told me to get dressed up and look very nice because I was going somewhere. My parents didn't tell me anything about where I was going. While I was getting dress, I heard the doorbell ring. Then my parents called me downstairs. As I came down the stairs, I saw David standing by the front door looking at me in amazement. Then David said to me,

"You look beautiful. I told you I was going to come and get you and your chariot awaits you." As I looked outside, I saw a black limo.

"This is all for me," I said almost crying.

"Yea it's all for you. You deserve it," David said as he kissed me on my cheek.

"Thank you."

"Shall I escort my lady to her chariot?"

"You shall," I said as David walked me to the car. Then we drove off.

While we were in the car, I asked David,

"So where are you talking me?"

"To my house"

"You are taking me to your house in a limo?"

"Yes, what's wrong with that?"

"I thought you were taking me to a nice dinner."

"Well you thought wrong."

"Huh?" When he told me that, I was really disappointed the whole ride. When we got to his house, David helped me out the car and walked me to his door. I was still disappointed. When I got inside, I heard lovely music. The lights were turned off and candles were lit. When I got into the dining room, I saw candles lit up on the dinner table and 2 plates' sets.

When I saw everything, I didn't know what to say, it was so beautiful.

"Is this also for me?"

"Yes. It's your birthday. I obviously couldn't tell you because it would ruin the surprise."

"Well thank you." David walked me over to the table, pulled my sit out for me and I sat down. David went into the kitchen.

"I hope you like fish," David said as brought our plates to the table. He went back into the kitchen and brought out the champagne.

"This looks delicious."

"Thank you. I made it myself."

"You made this. You couldn't have made this."

"But I did make it. I wanted to give you a nice home cook meal and a dinner for your birthday."

"Thank you baby, this is really nice," I said as I kissed David, "your parents don't mind?"

"They don't know. They're out somewhere. Let's just enjoy this night," he said as he poured the champagne, "to my baby and her 14th birthday, happy birthday. I love you baby." Then we ate our food.

When we finished our dinner, it was after 8. After David cleared the table, we both sat on the couch and watched TV. While were watching this movie, David got up and got the leftover cake that I made and we ate it. During the movie, I happened to fall asleep on David, but this time he didn't take me upstairs. When 10 o' clock came, David woke me up and said,

"Hey baby. Your birthday isn't done yet. There's another part."

"Huh? Why is there always another part?"

"I love you too much. I just won't give you a dinner on your special day. Come on we have to go."

"Go? Where are we going?"
