Chapter 2:My Dream

That night, as I went to sleep, I had a dream. I dreamt about me and David. I was dreaming the same imagination I made about us in the future. Then I had a nightmare. In my nightmare, David and I were going out. When Brittany saw us together, she wanted to get rid of one of us. She did everything in her power to break us up, but our love was too strong to break us apart. She told me that David was going out with other girls and was cheating on me. When she told me that, I already knew she was lying because I knew David. He loved me and he like my personality. She tried other things to stop us but it didn't work. Suddenly I woke up and got scared. I sat up and started thinking about the dream. I was wondering why I had dream about me and David. Why I had a dreamt about my imagination of us and then why I had nightmare about us. Then I thought it was a vision of us in the future because I had a few of those already. I really didn't want to believe it was true. The rest of the night I couldn't go back to sleep. Suddenly, I jumped because I felt something. It was my phone. I had an in-coming call from David. I thought to myself, "Why is he calling me so early in the morning?"

"Hello?"

"Hey."

"Is something wrong?"

"Yes.....wait were you up already?"

"Yes I had a dream and then a nightmare."

"Oh, me too it was weird, well actually I didn't have a nightmare, and I just had another dream."

"Hmmm that's weird."

"What was your first dream about?"

"My first dream was about my imagination of us in the future, but my night-mare was about Brittany trying to break us up and she told me that you were cheating on me, but I didn't believe her." There was a long pause.

"David, are you there?"

"Ummm, yea, I'm here."

"Are you ok? Is what Brittany said about you cheating on me, true?

"No I was just thinking about what you said and my second dream."

"Oh, what was your second dream about?"

"I was dating you and behind you back, I was dating someone else."

"Oh would you ever do that to me?"

"No.......of course not. I can't find anyone well there is no one else like you."

"Awww thanks. What was your first dream about?"

"The same dream like your first dream."

"Oh." David and I just talked the rest of the night.

As I walked to school, the next morning, I was falling asleep. Suddenly, someone tickled my sides and made me jump. When I turned around, I saw David. David and I just stared at each other, as his hands were on my waist. Then David leaned towards me to kiss me. As much as I wanted him to kiss me, I leaned back, rested my hands on his chest and asked him,

"Don't you think this relationship is moving too fast?"

"Not really. They say when you like a guy or girl, don't just wait until it blows up in your face, just tell the person that you like them and see what happens."

"I know, but you only met me yesterday and now we are going out."

"Oh, well I wish I had only met you earlier," he said. When he said that, I knew he wasn't lying because of the way he said it. He said it like he has been looking for me his whole life, and just then I feel deeply in love with him. While we were walking, David had his arms wrapped around me. His head was on my shoulder and I felt so loved and safe wrapped in his arms. Suddenly as I turned my head, I forgot that David's head was on my shoulder and our lips touched. I didn't expect that to happen so I quickly turned my head. I felt kind of embarrassed. My face started getting hot and kept my head down. David turned me. He put his hand under my chin, lifted up my head and looked at me. He cupped the side of my face and kissed me. The kiss was a nice....long and slow one. As he kissed me, I could tell that he didn't care what other people thought, he wasn't ashamed of me and he was actually falling in love me. In my head, I thought David was going to kiss me like he just wanted my body and not the real me, but I was wrong. We kissed for like a good 1-3 minutes. As we kissed, he held me with compassion. He held me tight; I was locked in his arms. He was trying to say that I'm his girl and no one can take me away when I'm in his arms. As we kissed, I heard girls saying among themselves:
