Chapter 9: Christmas Break

School was out and it was finally our Christmas Break. My sister's birthday had long gone and she had a little party but she didn't get any gifts because they were all coming on Christmas. On Sunday, the 23rd, David, Kendrah, Andre, Matthew, Brittany, and I all went to the same place where we had my birthday party and set it up so the Christmas party. Matthew, Andre and David went and bought a tree, the one that you can put together because it wasn't really that big of an idea just to go buy a tree. As the guys bought the tree, me and the girls put up the decorations. The next day, we all when to the store and bought food and took them all and stored it in the refrigerator, at the place. Then David, Andre, Brittany, Kendrah, Matthew and I took at of our presents that we were giving away and put them under the tree and I also put the presents my parents and little sister had and put them there too.

The next day was Christmas Day and everyone was excited. The party was at 5 and everyone was to wear red green to get into the Christmas spirit. When 5 o'clock came, me and my family headed out to the party and everyone started coming. David and I started to put the food on the tables and the drinks and everyone danced, laughed, took pictures, talked and had a good time. When the party was almost done, we all decided to hand out our gifts and open them. I decided that when each person handed out their presents then everyone can open them. Brittany decided to go first. She gave a present to me David, Matthew, Andre and Kendrah and we all got a bad for our head and hand that said "Merry Christmas" on it and Andre, David, Matthew all got a basketball player of each other their favorite basketball players. Matthew when next; he gave a present to me and Brittany. Both me and Brittany got perfume and I also got me a cd of him sing "Wait for you" and our song "Because you loved me." Andre was next; he gave a present to me, David, Brittany and Kendrah. Brittany got purple and pink pom poms, her favorite colors. David got tickets to go see a basketball game with his favorite team playing, the Knicks. Kendrah and I got tickets to go see the same game, we both got perfume, warm vanilla, my favorite and Kendrah also got a necklace with her name on it. Next was Kendrah; Kendrah gave a presents to me, David, my little sister and Andre. My little got a big pink bear. David got a Michael Jackson colon. Andre got a Michael Jackson colon too and a necklace with a cross. David's parents went next; they both had a present for me and David. David got a video camera with a stand so he can take videos of me and him and family moments. I got a book and David's mom said it was for me to write down the moments I had with and since I met David. Also they gave us a frame with the picture of me and him kissing at thanksgiving by them. Next it was my parents; they had presents for my little sister, me, David and Matthew. Matthew got a game for his xbox. My little sister got some clothes. David got an album with pictures but I didn't know what pictures all I know is that when David opened it, he started laughing. I got cook book so I can learn how to cook and cook for David and I also got perfume, with the lotion and a drawing book. My sister was next; she had a gift for me, David and our parents. Our parents got a card that said 'Merry Christmas, I love you guys' -from April. David got a card too that said 'Merry Christmas. Thank you for taking good care of my sister. My sister has good taste in men. P.S. you are so cute and I love you. -Love April and she drew him pictures; it was a picture of me and David, her and David and me, David, and her. I got a picture also that she drew of me and David. David was up next; he had a gift for me, Kendrah, Andre, my parents, his parents, Brittany and my little sister. Kendrah got perfume and a red shirt with a green skirt. Brittany got perfume, a green shirt with a red shirt. Andre got colon, a game, and a red shurt with a gree tie. Matthew got colon too and a gree shirt with a red tie.

"You all are invited to church with me,my family, Natalie's family and Natalie on Saturday so don't make any plans. There is a concert and I would like you guys to come and wear your green, red and black." As said that I started smiling because I was so proud of him and I know God was too. David's parents got a painting. My parents got a picture of Mary, Joesph and Baby Jesus so they can hang it up in the house. David decided to leave April's gift until I was done. I got a christmas teddy bear and everytime I squeezed it, it says " Merry Christmas Baby I love you." It was so cute. He also bought me a dress to wear on Saturday with everyone; the dress was sooo beautiful.
