Ann's POV;
"Ann!" My mom yelled.
"Yeah?" I came down stairs, we were currently still in Kentucky, at my old house. We were debating who should get what of my fathers or if we could just throw it out. It was a hard decision, weather to give something to one of the family members or throw it out. I didn't get much, just little things.
"Its time to go home. Are you ready?" My mom asked.
"Home as in Carolina?" I asked to make sure.
"Yes. What other home?" My mom didn't seem as upset or down as she was, but I know what she's really feeling.
"I don't know. I just wanted to make sure" I shrugged. "But I have just a few more things to pack"
"Well hurry. I wanna be gone in a hour or so" she said and I ran back to my old room.
I didn't really have anything to pack, I just wanted to say goodbye to this house one last time, but for good. I stood in the doorway of my old room, it was now completely empty, unlike when I moved with my mom. I remembered where everything sat. I had a bookshelf in the corner, and my bed was right next to the window so when it snowed here I could watch it fall perfectly on the trees and houses.
I had a my computer on the wall near the door. I remember many times my dad or mom coming in sitting besides me, to help with some type of homework because I was struggling, and I wanted to give up. I walked around the rest of the house, remembering everything so well, I stood in the door way of his office. He would spend hours in here, working. He had the table sitting almost in the center if the room with his desktop. I remember always sneaking in here late at night, because I wasn't aloud in here. He had a gaint map of some place covering one wall, I would always try to find a new place so I could draw a small smiley face.
"You're gonna miss it here aren't ya?" I felt my mom put her hand on my shoulder.
"Very much" I said with a tear running down my face.
"Are you ready now?" She asked. I nodded.
We headed to the car and drove home. "Mom do you think you could make a stop?" I asked, I wanted to say one last goodbye.
"Where to?" She asked as we pulled out the small drive way.
"The park" I said, she drove the direction towards the park. We pulled in and I knew my friends would be here.
"Go" she said. I got out the car running toawrds them, they all were sitting by the playground.
"Ann!" I heard Jesse call.
"Hey guys I just wanted to say my goodbye's" I said.
"You're leaving already?" They questioned. "You've been here for 5 days!" Tony added.
"I know, but I don't wanna be here anymore too many memories."
"Are you ever going to come back?" Cj asked.
"Yes of course, I'll be here visting family during the holidays but that it's until a long time. So I wanna say bye now"
"Omg I'll miss you!" Jesse said hugging me tight and I did so back.
"Y'all can hug me too" I told Tony and Cj. We got into a group hug, "I'll mis you guys so much" I said
"Why does this seem worse than when you moved?" She asked.
"I don't know" I laughed a little.
"Bye guys" I said.
"Oh Ann before you go-" I turned back around. "Make the first move" Tony said. I smiled and went to my mom's car.
Finally going home.
